Cheguei da viagem cansada e minha reserva só estava para o dia seguinte , ficaram sem graça pois sabiam que estavam errados daí me mandaram para um hotel deles chamado Tourino caindo aos pedaços longe do centro chegando lá fomos muito mal tratados pelo senhor que está na recepção fazendo cara de que não estava gostando da situação . Enfim nos colocaram num quarto sem água quente , pedi um lençol extra daí ele me levou em um armário todo bagunçado e disse q não tinha , meu marido foi e ele levou num armário cheio de lençol . No dia seguinte tinha um passeio já pago e perdi . Enfim um desabafo! Estou extremamente chateada pois não fui conhecer o coliseu !

Ubicación excelente, se puede llegar caminando a cualquier sitio de interés dentro de Roma. El personal de recepción así como el de la cafetería fue muy atento.

Le falta un lavado de cara. Está un poco viejo.

Overrated and really over priced

Location is good, some staff members are really nice, some of them are not, specially those in the late night

The hotel and the rooms are quite old. Not satisfied at all

Shower hose is torn
Shower cabin doors were not closing properly
The water temperature is fluctuating and not stable The door keys are old style and you have to carry the physical keys with yourself.
The noise is obvious
The room telephone wasn’t working

Superbe découverte de Rome avec ma fille.
Pros:

Hôtel très bien situé pour visiter Rome à pied. Personnel adorable, très à l'écoute. Propreté parfaite. Petit déjeuner complet avec possibilité de profiter d'une belle terrasse sur le toit de l'hôtel.

Good Central Location
Pros:

Location was great - central to attractions, bars and restaurants. Roof terrace was a bonus

Wish the hotel had a bar but then it wasn't far to go for one and the hotel allowed you to take your own drinks onto the roof terrace
