Fantastic staff and service!
Pros:

Right from the beginning the reception staff were friendly, knowledgeable and humorous. Really nice start to the trip. Location was of course great and you can walk to most of the famous locations. Plenty of amenities nearby. Rooms were clean and well kept. The breakfast team were lovely and the chefs provided an excellent breakfast.

Memorable stay in Rome
Pros:

A charming hotel full of history and character. I especially love the unique, old-fashioned elevator—it really adds to the hotel’s charm! The staff are friendly and helpful, and the location is excellent, with many major attractions nearby. The price is also very reasonable. Overall, a lovely and memorable stay!

La ubicación es muy buena, se puede ir a pie a muchas de las atracciones. Hay restaurantes cerca. La gente en la recepción es sumamente amable, simpática y atenta. Tuvimos una habitación que no daba al frente, resultó muy silenciosa y tranquila.

Cons:

El baño no tenía dónde apoyar cosas, había que dejarlas en el piso; tampoco dónde colgar la toalla de mano. Sería bueno que agregaran esos detalles.

Amazing location, super clean, highly recommended.
Pros:

The building is a bit old as expected in Rome, it also has a lift (old one) but works perfectly and saves the hassle of going up the stairs with the luggage. Receptionist was very welcome and gave us a lot of information. Location is very central and you can reach the most famous sites easily by walk. The room was very comfortable, beds were amazing and the bathroom was super clean. We did not eat there but they have a restaurant next door which pizza is amazing and opposite there is an ice-cream shop and it was yummy...

Pros:

Расположение отеля великолепное. Все основные достопримечательности Рима в пешей доступности, до вокзала Термини 15 минут на автобусе или 45 минут пешком. При этом отель расположен на тихой улочке, в стороне от толп людей и шума.

Номер был чистый, хотя ремонт немного устаревший. Кондиционер исправный. В номере есть панель управления и можно настроить его под свои предпочтения. Горячая вода всегда была.

Завтрак хороший: были и сладкие и соленные блюда, и фрукты и овощи.

Cons:

Шторы в номере были порванные.

This hotel is perfect if you want to be close to the main monuments in Rome.
Pros:

The location is perfect and easy to reach the main monuments such as the Colosseum, Fontana Di Trevi and the Pantheon. The building is old, and you can see it mainly because of the elevator. lol The staff is so friendly and polite. The breakfast is very good, with plenty of options like fruit, beverages, bread, and more.

Cons:

The elevator is a little bit scary, but we could handle it.

Exceptional hotel, had the most brilliant time, would definitely book again
Pros:

The location was fabulous, we we so central! The staff were absolutely lovely and Raphael was very charming! We were there in an intense heatwave and the air conditioning in the room was *exceptional*

Cons:

The only complaint I could make was that it was a shame there was no smart tv for international guests to watch shows when escaping from heat!
