Worst hotel ever

Location ok close to Trevi fountain but is
An hotel without a soul. Terrible rooms terrible reception terrible lights terrible bathrooms terrible showers terrible beds. Noise of water during the night. Don’t chose this hotel do yourself a favor
For the same price you can get much more.

Overall it was a great hotel very recommended
Pros:

Very spacious rooms and very clean rooms - staff were helpful and really nice to us they even helped us book a taxi to the airport with the regular price when the app on my phone wasnt working - quiet street even though very near to trevi fountain and reachable by taxi to the door - you can almost walk everywhere from there - there is a potable water fountain next to it and minimarkets if you need something before entering the hotel - there is a kettle a mini fridge in the room

Cons:

They didnt have an iron for the clothes and the matress was innerspring matress not so confortable you can feel the spring - and there was no soap and a tooth brush

The location was great

Cons:

Even though I booked one of the luxury rooms, the air conditioning didn’t work, and the room was so hot that I could barely sleep. The hotel offered no compensation, refund, or discount, which was extremely disappointing.

The shower pressure was also very weak. It would honestly be more comfortable if they just installed a regular faucet.

I will never stay at this hotel again.

In the end, I booked another three-star hotel, and it was actually a much better experience than this one.

Pros:

Lokalita blízko Fontana di Trevi, vše v centru dostupné pěšky. Menší hotel, dřívější check-in asi o hodinu nebyl problém, v přízemí klidná a klimatizovaná kavárna a místo pro odpočinek, pokud před odjezdem na letiště už nechcete chodit po žhavých ulicích. Přátelské prostředí. Na pokoji vše fungovalo, klimatizace, lednička, varná konvice, tlak ve sprše (v koupelně sice starší vybavení, ale udržované a čisté) , nová dobře těsnící okna. Asi 100m od hotelu cestou k fontáně je menší samoobsluha s potravinami s příznivými cenami, na moc takových v centru nenarazíte, takže se může hodit.

Cons:

Some of the staff are not compatible, they don’t know the general rules of the hotel. For example, we put the label “don’t disturb”, meaning no need to enter the room, but the cleaning staff did, and reception man could not respond to this.
