Pros:

Staff is friendly, reception desk is available 24 h. Breakfast has variability, not just bun with coffee, but also some ham, cheese, yogurt, fruits, etc.
Location is close to the center, metro. As itself, area is nice, with some local cafes and bars (not just the ones "for tourists", but you can see that locals are sitting there).
Room is comfortable, with air conditioner, closet, mirror, table, etc. Bad is usual, nothing fancy, just right to sleep. Pillows were okay, my neck didn't hurt at least. 😉

Cons:

Hairdryer was barely working. And air conditioner was super loud, so during the night we turned it off.
