Pros:

Huone ja kylpyhuone olivat isoja ja siistejä. Ikkunoiden äänieristys toimi hyvin. Hotellin sijainti oli hyvä. Nettiyhteys toimi hyvin.

Cons:

Aamiainen oli yksinkertainen ja siitä puuttuivat tuoreet hedelmät ja vihannekset. Suihkusta puuttui hylly, jolle saippuan ja shampoon olisi voinut laittaa suihkussa ollessa.

Friendly staff, spacious room and bathroom

Cons:

We thought it was close to Termini Station, but we were mistaken: it’s too far to walk, and getting there by bus is inconvenient.
The accommodation needs renovation.
The neighborhood is noisy and dirty.

Ottima soluzione in questa zona di Roma, da ricordare.
Pros:

Posizione ottima e buon rapporto qualita' /prezzo. Staff estremamente gentile e disponibile. Stanza sufficientemente spaziosa, bagno e doccia ristrutturati. Aria condizionata molto efficiente.

Cons:

Scarso isolamento acustico rispetto alla strada, anche con finestra chiusa (San Lorenzo e' un quartiere che puo' essere rumoroso fino a tarda notte).

Mala atención del conserje del turno noche siempre con mala cara, una noche pedimos agua y nos mandó a comprar al negocio de la otra cuadra, y el hotel no ofrece una heladera en la habitación en pleno verano aunque sea para comprar un agua

The hotel is good and comfortable; the room was as described on the website. The staff were attentive and helpful. The hotel is very clean and pleasant, and the dining area has a real Roman vibe, so it was perfectly in line with the concept.

Cons:

The hotel is a bit far, so it's best to take a bus or train to get around (the bus/train fare isn't the cheapest). There's no elevator (it wasn't a problem for me, but it might be if you have trouble climbing stairs). It would have been good to have a mini-fridge in the room, as it was very hot in Italy and there was no way to keep the water cold.
