Awful, Awful and Awful
Pros:

Only one thing, being opposite the train terminal

Cons:

Everything else including the staff,,,, the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in through Booking.com

テルミニ駅から徒歩2分のロケーションは最高。ローマに行く時の常宿にしています。スタッフも親切で素晴らしいです。

Cons:

このホテルの問題はシャワーに集約されている。狭い、温度が一定せず急に熱くなったり冷たくなったりして安心して入ってられない。

Great reception staff and perfect location.
Pros:

Right over the road from Rome Termini train station, the location couldn't have been better. A short walk to the Colosseum, Trevi Fountain and other main attractions made it prefect for us. All the staff we met in reception were so friendly and helpful, offering luggage storage, bathroom and lounge facilities to us when we arrived much earlier than official check in time. They were much appreciated. I would highly recommend Madison Hotel.

Overall a pleasant stay in Rome. Just a couple of negatives that overall didn’t spoil our view
Pros:

It was close to the rail station. It was clean and staff were very helpful. There were plenty of towels. Rooms cleaned everyday.
Air con in the room as very good

Cons:

Having to leave the key at reception when you go out. Sometimes having to wait for your key on return.
The double bed was two singles pushed together and during the night they separated.
Nowhere to hang towels in the room

Good, prompt customer service and friendly staff . Specially team in the afternoon.
Pros:

Friendly staff, clean room and premises . Hotel it’s what show on pictures . For sure I would be back.
However did my check in and out were excellent. 5 star service comparing to other places around .
