La excelente acogida y predisposición de Mario en la recepción. Buen desayuno. Pieza comoda

Cons:

Baño un poco incomodo, la ducha tenia el rociador que no mantenía su posición y pese solicitar su reparación no se hizo. Ademas la ducha demoraba mucho en calentarse

Cons:

Would have been a nice touch if tea and coffee packs were provided free of charge / complimentary on subsequent days (on the first day those were provided).

מלון מיאמי קודם כל זה מיקום.
קרוב לאתרים הראשיים:
12-20 דקות רגלית ל 90% מהאתרים.
ולמי שמתעייף יש M( מרחק של 4-3 דקות או אוטובוס במרחק של דקה.
כמו כן יש ליד המלון לא מעט מסעדות מקומיות במחירים טובים. בנוסף יש סופר ממש קרוב עם מוצרים מעולים ומחירים שליש מהארץ.

Cons:

המיטות לא טובות בעיניי( לקחתי חדר עם 2 מיטות), מזרון רך וכריות קשות ביותר. ממש לא נוחת.
המזגן חלש מאוד ולוקח זמן של כמה שעות לקרר.
יש גם את המעלית האיטית אבל זה נסבל, כי מגיעה בזמן והכל בסדר.

הערה- יש שם קטע עם הכוסות החד פעמיות, נותנים רק 2 ביום, לא יותר.

A localização do hotel é muito boa, foi fácil andar pela cidade, mesmo tendo de fazer uso de táxi em muitas vezes, já que Roma é bastante grande. O quarto era confortável, de bom tamanho, boa limpeza, armários e frigobar. Sem luxos, mas, muito bom, sem dúvidas!

Cons:

Não é que não tenha gostado, mas, o café da manhã fica num lugar muito pequeno e não se torna agradável esse momento que deveria ser bem aproveitado em um hotel. Eu gostei que tinham ovos mexidos, coisa que haviam dito por mensagem antes de irmos, que não tinha. A funcionária que nos atendeu a semana toda era muito cordial e educada, assim como o senhor da recepção, sempre elogiado por aqui! Eu não gostei dos travesseiros, pois eram duros feito pedaços de pau! Não sei se é o hábito local, mas, foi bem difícil dormir com aquilo por uma semana! O que eu não gostei mesmo pode parecer uma bobagem para alguns, mas, não gostei da recepção minúscula escondida no hall do prédio. Esse hall dá acesso ao hotel e a alguns apartamentos, pelo que entendi e tem um senhor em uma espécie de guarita que parece congelado nesse lugar de tão imóvel que fica. Eu preferia uma grande recepção nesse lugar. Os hóspedes certamente se sentiriam mais à vontade.

The staff at reception are very kind!

Cons:

If you are looking for a place without any luxury, that is the place. It should not be consider a 3 star. It is clean but breakfast is very basic, the amenities are very poor.
