Pros:

리셉션 직원들이 아주 친절했다. 냉장고와 에어컨이 있었다
커피포트와 월컴티,커피가 제공되었다
어메니티로 작은 샴푸와 헤어캡이 제공되었다
물은 리셉션에 보온주전자로 마실수 있었다
3인실 룸이었는데 방크기는 넉넉했다.
화장실이 넓었다. 화장실에 큰 창문이 있어서 물기가 금방 말랐다.
기차역 지하철역과 가깝고 버스 정류장도 가까웠다
약국, 슈퍼등 편의시설이 가까이에 있다
체크아웃한 후에도 짐을 맡길수 있다.
룸 바닥이 카펫이 아니라서 좋았다. 매일 청소를 요청했고 깨끗이 청소가 되어 있었다
콘센트가 220/230 모두 사용가능하다

Cons:

2시에 호텔에 도착했고 5층 방을 배정받았다. 체크인 가능시간이 2시로 되어 있었으나 방이 준비되지 않아서 1시간 기다려야 한다고 했다. 다시 3층으로 바꾸어서 바로 입실가능했다.
드라이기가 아주 오래된 제품이었다.
3층 안쪽 방이었는데 창밖이 중정쪽이었고 온통 실외기 뷰였다
창문을 열면 실외기 돌아가는 소리와 열기로 창을 열수 없었다
실내가 어두워서 밖의 날씨를 알수 없을 정도였다
엘리베이터를 탈때마다 불안했다. 심하게 덜컹거림
체크아웃하는 날 엘리베이터가 고장나서 짐을 방에 두고 나와야 했다.

Pros:

Удачное расположение отеля в 15 мин ходьбы от основных достопримечательностей. Близко к вокзалу. Чисто и уютно. Уборка каждый день. Завтраки сытные хоть и однообразные. Есть кондиционер. Холодильник правда не охлаждал а просто держал температуру. При закрытых окнах практически не слышно звуков скорой и полиции- кто был в Риме поймет.

There is a lot that can be improved.
Pros:

The hotel is located in a good location, near the central station, the Colosseum, and most other attractions. There's an elevator, and the rooms have air conditioning. The hotel building is old and pompous.

Cons:

The shower in the room is very cramped, there are no wash facilities in the shower. Breakfasts are very simple and not diverse. The noise of the rooms isn't the best. Value for money isn't the best.

Pros:

Чудове розташування готелю - майже до всіх визначних місць можна було дістатись пішки або громадським транспортом (автобусна зупинка зовсім поруч). Привітний персонал, гарний асортимент їжі на сніданок. Прибирання номерів кожного дня.

Cons:

Кондиціонер хоча і працював, але не справлявся зі спекою. Поряд з номером була розташована кімната для персоналу (для прання речей, тощо) - іноді було занадто гучно...
