good stay!
Pros:

This was a convenient stay with a spacious room. We also had breakfast in the mornings, made fresh which was delicious. The staff here were very kind and helpful. There are some stairs upon arrival before taking the lift to the reception floor.

Cons:

bathroom was small.

Excellent location, very comfortable hotel, wonderful staff
Pros:

As a solo female traveller, my stay was fantastic and I felt very safe even walking around at night. The friendly and helpful staff made me feel welcome and answered any questions I had. The breakfast was simple yet delicious, served by charming women who brewed coffee and were always warm and inviting. The room was a good size, clean and comfortable. The location was excellent, even though it’s on a busy street, there was no noise at night and I slept like a baby. It’s close to many good shops on Via Nazionale and within walking distance of Rome Termini, the Colosseum, the Trevi Fountain, the Spanish Steps and all the other sights. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Rome.

Pros:

Room size for 4 was good. Breakfast was very good, nice that there was 24 hr desk person.

Cons:

Room could use more drawers there is no dresser with drawers. Definitely, needs more outlets, especially should have one by the bathroom mirror. Needs wall hooks for towels or on the back door to hang something. Also a bathroom shelf would be good to put toiletries.
