Location, location, location.
Pros:

Location was excellent, so close to Termini Station within 15-20 minute walk of several attractions (Trevi Fountain, Colosseum, Spanish Steps). While the single room was small, it was perfect for two nights and I’d recommend it for anyone after reasonably priced accommodation in room for a short stay. Breakfast on the terrace was lovely, although it would have been great if there was some fruit on offer.

Cons:

Le camere vecchie è fare un complimento. I corridoi idem . Anche se fosse 2 stelle sarebbe stato indecente .considerando che è un 4 stelle immaginate la proporzione. Roma e l italia credo che non meritano strutture obsolete come queste. Spero che la gestione o la proprietà capiscano questo messaggio.

Hotel prático
Pros:

O hotel está perto de Termini, o que era muito conveniente para o pretendido.
O pequeno almoço era mediano, mas com acesso a um terraço agradável.

Cons:

O pequeno almoço podia ser melhor e um dos quartos a janela não fechava bem e ouvia-se algum ruído.

In need of a full renovation
Pros:

I chose this hotel based on its location which is literally few steps away from the main train station. The pictures you see on their website and on other booking websites are giving a flattering picture. It looked just dated. The rooms and linen are literally worn out, the breakfast quality is poor. The 4 stars do not correspond to the standards, it is overall an old and scratched structure. Considering the current status it is overpriced. I was disappointed, I would not recommend, and won’t go back.

Very Eutopean Hotel room.
Pros:

Very convenient location. Friendly staff. Breakfast was great. Front desk helped with wall adapters to plug in devices and curling iron.

Cons:

Building needs some attention. Wallpaper peeling, shower leaked through the wall into the living space.
