Great service, a lift, clean and comfortable room with air conditioning, fantastic breakfast including a big range of gluten free options.
The area was not the pretty side of Rome but it was easy to get to all the main attractions by public transport

Air conditioner worked very poorly and was noisy, and there was a smell of old age in the room
Foi tudo excelente. Unico ponto que deixou a desejar foi que o ar condicionado estava travado em 26 graus e em roma fazia 30 graus a meia noite.. Fora isso tudo perfeito.

The bed was very hard and uncomfortable:( the location was not in the heart of Rome which is fine but not in a great area. Not much to do once you got back to the hotel.
Bardzo mily personel , mimo braku znajomosci jezyka udalo mi sie bardzo dobrze porozumiec , smaczne i urozmaicone sniadanie, duzy plus hotelu to cisza od samochodow , obok jest duzy market, do tramwaju nr 3 jest 1 minuta, mozna nim dojechac pod Coloseum i na Trastevere.
Le personnel est très accueillant, une mention spéciale pour le personnel du petit déjeuner qui est au petit soin.
Nous sommes restés 5 nuits, l'emplacement proche du tram et des bus est appréciable. Il faut visiter le quartier de San Lorenzo, c'est un quartier animé où les boutiques souvenirs sont 2 fois moins chères qu'ailleurs, il y a aussi de très bon restaurant.
Climatisation dans les chambres et petit frigo.
Effectivement beaucoup de commentaires disent qu'il y a des tags dans la rue ce qui la rend malfammée, mais aller donc dans Rome, il y a des tags partout !! La rue est sur et nous n'avons jamais été dérangés !
Il y a un supermarché à côté de l'hôtel, très pratique
Le petit déjeuner ne change pas, il n'y a pas grand choix mais ça fait l'affaire pour 7€ par personne.
La baignoire n'est vraiment pas grande.
La posizione. È perfetta per chi come me deve andarci per lavoro e raggiungere il centro congressi Frentani.
Poi la possibilità di parcheggiare all’interno della struttura, cosa rara x Roma.
In realtà nulla di particolare, la colazione può essere sicuramente migliorata in scelta e qualità, poco originale e molto industriale.

Si ofrece un servicio de aire acondicionado DEBERÍA ser completo y el mismo no fue así , el aire no iba y no me dieron el acceso a controlar el mismo a mi gusto

The outside seating area was lovely, very clean and aesthetic.
The staff were helpful, they were very attending to requests and one person helped us with recommendations for places to visit around the city.
The room was as listed, nice and clean with good facilities.
The hotel was close to the tram which was easy to take into the centre. It was sometimes late which can be unreliable when trying to stick to a time frame but still a good option for travel.
It is next to a supermarket which is great.
The area in which the hotel is location was messy at times. We walked passed a few bins that were overflowing with rubbish. There was a lot of graffiti but that didn’t bother me.
We had a private terrace. The place was clean. The hotel in itself was very cute. We had a supermarket right next door which was very handy and lots of nice bars and restaurants in the area. It was very close to the colosseum. You can also get refunded for unused travel tickets. Although we didn’t have breakfast, we did find it very affordable for only 7 euros.
There was no kettle in the room and we couldn’t regulate the aircon which was also making a bit of noise. It was a bit small but that is excepted in big cities.
