Beautiful Boutique Hotel
Pros:

This is a lovely boutique hotel in the Aventino Hill neighborhood. It's a very short walk to the churches and Orange Garden on the Aventino Hill. It's in a bougie, quiet neighborhood away from the high touristy areas but within a short walk or bus ride to everything. Very convenient to the Roma Ostiense train station. The hotel itself was beautiful. Our room was well appointed and comfortable. Bed was very comfortable. The breakfast is extensive with pastries, fruit, and caffe. Eggs to order are a small charge. The bar is open for aperativo and conversation. We ate dinner one night and it was very good with one small comment. What is on the menu as cod fish is actually salt cod. Standard for Italy but not what we expected. They were very nice about it and offered a different entree. I had the pasta and then the chicken which was outstanding.
But I will have to say, all of the staff were the real treasures. I have never encountered such helpful, hard working, warm, and willing staff in all of my travels. They even put a take away breakfast together for us since we left so early on check out day. They helped with a medical issue one of us had. Everyone went above and beyond expectations.
One point, our room had a tub with shower while another had a stand alone shower. Using the tub was difficult if you have mobility issues. But the marble finishes and double vanity were beautiful.

快適でした
Pros:

静かな住宅街の中のおしゃれなホテルでした。
朝は鳥の声で目覚め、眺めも良くゆっくり過ごすことができました。
併設のレストランが別棟にあり、そこもとてもおしゃれで朝晩共に利用しました。
特に晩のメニューはどれも美味しかった。

Cons:

駅から10分以上歩くので真夏だと少し大変かもしれません。

Preciosas zonas comunes, pero habitación mejorable
Pros:

Las zonas comunes del hotel son muy bonitas, están bien cuidadas y transmiten una sensación agradable desde el primer momento.

El desayuno esta muy bien y dispone de algunas opciones sin gluten, algo que se agradece.

Cons:

En nuestro caso, la habitación que nos asignaron nos pareció bastante pequeña y necesitaba una actualización, ya que algunos elementos, como la mampara de la ducha o el aire acondicionado se notaban anticuados. Es posible que otras habitaciones estén más renovadas, pero esa fue nuestra experiencia.

Además, durante nuestra estancia encontramos bastantes mosquitos en la habitación, e incluso algunas telarañas y una araña, lo que resultó algo incómodo.

Pros:

Goede locatie net buiten centrum, maar perfect bereikbaar met openbaar vervoer. Goed en betaalbaar restaurant aan het hotel.

Cons:

Badkamer was aan de kleinere kant. Jammer was ook dat er zeer weinig kastruimte aanwezig was.

Sehr schönes Charmantes Hotel mitten in einer Wohnsiedlung, sehr Hilfsbereites und nettes Personal, Zimmer mit allem ausgstattet was man braucht und dazu ein erstklassiges Frühstück am nächsten Morgen
Wir können es wirklich sehr weiter Empfehlen.

Great Hotel.
Pros:

The location was great, easy to walk looking for local transportation, Metro station, , close to the trastevere area and the colosseum, good breakfast buffet with great cappuccino. We will go back to the hotel Villa San Pio. The neighborhood was nice and clean. We feel safe in the area.

Séjour des plus agréable !
Pros:

Nous étions 6 et avons passé un séjour exceptionnel !

L’emplacement est bien situé, l’hôtel est charmant, très propre et le personnel accueillant et souriant.

Le site avec ses jardins est magnifique, les chambres sont grandes et propres.

La nourriture servie au petit déjeuner est variée et très bonne. Le café est excellent.

Nous y retournerions sans hésiter !!

Struttura pulita bella e accogliente. Ottima posizione e staff cordiale.

Cons:

Arredamento non di ottimo gusto e, il vero neo, coprimaterasso in plastica rumorosissimo e non traspirante. In inverno è odioso, ma in piena estate è semplicemente insopportabile. A cosa serve comprare un materasso di qualità per poi coprirlo con un coprimaterasso che neanche in campeggio...?

Favoloso! Posizione centrale in quartiere residenziale silenzioso e bellissimo. Lo staff estremamente gentile e disponibile. Accoglienza perfetta con bevande fresche. La colazione abbondante molto buona e in un contesto stupendo. Un vero paradiso in una palazzina d'epoca. I dettagli molto curati. La camera pulita elegante dotata di televisione e frigorifero.
Bagno pulito. Ho cenato nel ristorante interno e la qualità era ottima.
