Hotel Viminale

We had a fantastic five-night stay at Hotel Viminale. The hotel is beautiful and very comfortable, with excellent facilities, a delicious breakfast and a wonderful rooftop terrace with lovely views over Rome. Excellent location.

Communication was excellent from the beginning - always exceptionally fast, clear and helpful, whether through the booking platform, WhatsApp or directly with the hotel.

A special mention must go to Donatella, who was incredibly caring, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. When we explained that we wanted to explore places a little further away from the main tourist areas, she gave us genuinely excellent recommendations that made our time in Rome even more memorable. Her warmth and attention really stood out. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend the hotel.

Gostamos muito da localização, próximos dos principais pontos, é possível caminhar entre eles com tranquilidade! Excelente café da manhã, vale muito a pena! Adoramos a recepção com espumante. A equipe é bem prestativa e educada! Tinha opções gratuitas de experiências de culinária, passeios etc mas infelizmente não tivemos tempo pra realizar. Quarto bastante confortável e útil com bom espaço pra malas, cofre, banheiro muito bom e amenities. Decoração do hotel muito bonita, excelente varanda comum e academia.

Very nice and modern property with attentive staff available 24/7. I did my proposal on the terrace which was very private and intimate. The staff had been helping me out throughout the process. Specifically wanted to thank Donatella and Chiara for all their help. Thank you to Amir for also making the check out process so easy. Buffet breakfast was also impressive.

Front desk staff were very welcoming and helpful and gave it a personal touch. Activities organised for hotel chain were good. Generally very clean and modern building and rooms and comfortable.

Die Mitarbeiter waren wirklich sehr, sehr höflich und freundlich. Leider hatten wir während unseres Aufenthalts einige Probleme. In der ersten Nacht hatten wir unter der Dusche zunächst kein Wasser. Als es wieder funktionierte, mussten wir leider kalt duschen 😂. Am nächsten Tag musste meine Freundin ihre Dusche wegen eines Feueralarms abbrechen.

In der Nacht funktionierte plötzlich auch die Klimaanlage nicht mehr und ließ sich nicht wieder einschalten. Das Frühstück war eher begrenzt, aber für uns kein Muss. Ich hatte an der Rezeption Bescheid gegeben, dass wir am nächsten Morgen aufgrund unserer Abreise nicht frühstücken würden, trotzdem wurde das Frühstück berechnet. Das war für uns allerdings kein großes Problem.

Leider war die Toilette im Fitnessbereich sehr schmutzig und hat unangenehm gerochen.

Insgesamt waren die Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich, aber aufgrund der vielen kleinen Probleme während unseres Aufenthalts würden wir das Hotel nicht unbedingt noch einmal wählen.

Small and friendly hotel in a fabulous location. Loved the outside terrace. Staff were very hospitable. We would love to return on our next visit.

Schönes Zimmer, Gutes Frühstück, das fehlende Fleisch fällt nicht auf. Das Personal ist aussergewöhnlich hilfsbereit. Gutes Gym.
