Pros:

A notre arrivée il nous a été attribué une chambre qui ne correspondait pas du tout à la description faite sur le site Booking.
Chambre minuscule avec un lit coincé entre deux murs, un TV hors service de la taille de 3 cartes postales un coffre fort hors service aussi, une salle d'eau avec un pommeau de douche bouché par le calcaire, et un mécanisme de chasse des wc qui vous reste dans les mains à chaque utilisation, je passe sur les angles de cloisons dépouillés etc.
Pour monter au cinquième étage le seul ascenseur disponible est aussi à bout de souffle (on se demandait si nous allions en sortir en vie à chaque utilisation ... (secousses bruits et un panneau de commandes tenu par de l'adhésif!!)
Nous n'avons pas pris le petit déjeuner à l'hôtel tellement le niveau de service était déplorable!!!
Au bout de la deuxième nuit après d'âpres négociations nous avons obtenu de changer de chambre à un niveau inférieur qui correspondait mieux à la description du site.
En clair pour 110€ la nuit , fuyez cet hôtel !

Tiene una buena comunicación, muy cerca de Roma Termini y al Coliseo le puedes llegar andando.

En un principio estaba tranquila, había leído los miles de comentarios negativos de este hotel y no me parecía para tanto… hasta llegar a la habitación. Era grande si, pero en la tarde cuando quisimos ir a pasear mi puerta no cerraba, se quedaba abierta. Cualquiera podía entrar. Baje di el aviso y según me lo arreglarían al volver. Cuál fue mi sorpresa que al llegar del paseo a las 11:40 pm mi habitación seguía igual, abierta, sin seguro sin nada. Hablé con el Sr de la recepción y me dijo que me durmiera tranquila que no pasaba nada que él iba a estar pendiente de que nadie entrara. No me cambiaron de habitación, no me dieron resolución. Yo a esa hora sola con mi madre y mis dos hijas donde iba a ir? Llame a varios hoteles cerca y todo estaba lleno. Así que me tocó poner todos los muebles de la habitación detrás de la puerta para asegurarme algo
