Great location very old dated hotel

The Location is amazing about 5 mins to Vatican City that is about it.

Cons:

The property is very old and unfortunately, our room had an unpleasant smell that made the stay less comfortable.

The service at reception was also disappointing. The gentleman working at the front desk came across as uninterested and unwelcoming, not sure if he was having a bad day. Whether we were asking a question or simply checking in or out, it seemed as though assisting guests was a bother to him.

The poor customer service made for a disappointing stay, but the location is amazing. We only stayed one night, so it was bearable for the night

Pros:

Ótima localização, funcionários muito prestativos e atenciosos, próximo a restaurantes e mercados. Muito próximo da Praça de São Pedro andando. Foram muito gentis colocando uma caminha de criança entre a parede e a cama de casal para minha filha de 3 anos.

Cons:

Precisa de manutenção no banheiro. A porta do box emperra, precisa de jeitinho para fechar e vaza água pela base. O chuveiro também precisa de manutenção para desentupir alguns furos da passagem de água.

Excellent location.
Pros:

Near the Vatican an St. Peter's and very reasonable. Early check in. Breakfast included. The towels are really nice. I would like a set at home. Sevitex brand - looked it up. Very roomy room.

Cons:

Air conditioning worked wonderful in the Rome heat. I just couldn't figure how to turn it down. If I stayed longer than one night I might have asked. Would have liked a safe that had a key code and not a key lock. It was recommended to leave the physical key at the desk when you leave the room as it's attached to a heavy brass knob.
