Just adequate. Cheap for a reason.
Pros:

The terrace was pleasant, although could do with some comfy cushions. The basic decoration of public area was good. Its location was good both in relation to local bars and restaurants but also train station and general distance from all attractions. The hotel was generally quiet, no traffic or street noise but general noises from adjacent buildings a little irritating.

Cons:

The room was pokey, and the bathroom minute. No air flow so had to use noisy fan all night. The breakfast was pathetic and not worth the additional charge - it was simply a tray of package croisaants and “toast” and a few jams. No cutlery, plates etc. the idea, I guess was to take tray to terrace and eat there - but still no utensils etc (how do Italians eat cornflakes? Dry from the packet?

The place could do breakfast far better with a little thought and care

Cons:

If it weren't for urgent matters, I might have had time to check the reviews of this hotel first. Because every bad review of this hotel is true from my experience. I couldn't take it anymore and checked out before my reservation ended: The mattress was so stiff and the room was very humid, the neighborhood was super noisy, especially at night, the shared bathroom was smelly, unfortunately, the owner/manager was very, very rude. He was yelling at me. I was even shocked that a leader would set such a bad example in front of his staff and his customer.

I would never give a bad review if they could respect/treat people nicely, but this time, no. I admit my fault was inviting a third person to stay. But the way management handled it, even though I paid the additional cost and had already said I want to check out now (before my reservation ended) and just needed to go upstairs to pack my things and leave. He was very emotional to it. Such a bad hospitality from a 'hotel’.

Pros:

Viaggio spesso a Roma a volte in piccoli hotel come questo, a volte in B&b gestiti da privati. A partita' di prezzo i B&b offrono mediamente stanze piu' belle, pero' il servizio offerto da un hotel, soprattutto in termini di pulizia e reception da' un valore aggiunto. Overall, il rapporto qualita' prezzo era ottimo.

Cons:

Sono stato in giorni molto caldi e la mancanza di aria condizionata si e' fatta sentire. Che l'aria condizionata non fosse presente era indicato.

Overall: great stay, gonna get there again!
Pros:

Nice big comfy room, everything was tidy and well prepared.
Bathroom was tidy and got everything, the big shower was much appreciated.
Breakfast based on pastries and dry food, wide selection of them.

Cons:

The presence of just a fan and no AC can be bothersome during very hot days.

Считаю, что без кондиционера номера предлагать нельзя
Pros:

Близко к вокзалу.
Персонал был честен, заранее предупредил, что мы выбираем эконом-номер без кондиционера и собственной ванной.

Cons:

1. Долго не связывались в Whats up для предоставления информации по позднему заселению
2. Отсутствие кондиционера в номере. Это резко портит впечатления о проживании
3. Общая ванная в пыли

Pros:

Sympatyczna pani w recepcji – i to chyba największy plus. 😂 Okolica żyje do 2 w nocy , a brak klimatyzacji w rzymskim upale to niezły survival...wiatraczek w ofercie 🥵 Hałas + gorąco = sen na raty. 😅... Uważajcie.
