Good location, clean but not a 3 star
Pros:

Location was perfect. 5 minutes walk to the termini and 20 minutes to the colosseum. Breakfast had many options (boiled eggs, bread, espresso, coffee, hot chocolate, juice, cereals, milk, salami, cheese slices, chocolate filled croissants, butter, jam and canned fruits). Room was super clean and cleaning was done every day. Reception is 24/7 so late check-in or early check-out are allowed. The staff was super nice and ready to help.

Cons:

No individual AC or fan in the room but the central duct was enough for me. The street had a ghetto feeling but all the areas around the termini were like that and I do not think there is any problem in that (it looked safe but i did not go outside in the evening/night so do not know). The shower is extremely small (you will bump into walls/faucet/curtain multiple times). The shuttle service is 85 euros one way if you want to avail it.

Cons:

El jabón de baño y el shampoo que ponen a diario da pena. El tercer día no me pusieron jabón, porque habían quedado dos pedazos culas de los dos días poste anteriores. Me pareció demasiada mezquindad.
