Mi ha colpito la professionalità e la serietà di tutto il personale. Ottima accoglienza. Camera molto pulita e vista panoramica. Ottima colazione con diversa scelta.

Pros:

The location was great that’s why i don’t understand why they don’t invest in this hotel ! Everything was old dated and you could see that the air conditioning wasn’t cleaned out for years I can say.

Cons:

Unfortunately, this hotel is not well maintained, even though, as I mentioned above, it has great potential. Its location and the large number of rooms could make it a wonderful place to stay. Sometimes, it’s the small details that make all the difference.

Le matelas était confortable et la climatisation était la bienvenue.... Et c'est tout !

Je ne comprends pas comment cet hôtel a 3 étoiles ! La chambre et la décoration sont vieillottes, il y avait dans la salle de bain une pseudo douche à l'italienne qui n'en était pas une (juste un vieux rideau de douche qui vois collé à la peau et le siphon de la douche se trouve devant le WC !), l'eau se dispersé partout dans la minuscule salle de bain, passe sous la porte et se propage jusque dans la chambre (obligée de mettre devant la porte de la salle de bain des serviettes pour faire office de barrage), une insonorisation inexistante (on entend les voisins éternuer, de moucher, prendre leur douche...) et je ne vous parle pas des voisins du dessus tous les matins à 5h en train de déplacer des meubles ?? On retrouve des fissures partout dans les chambres et sur le balcon (on aurait presque peur d'y mettre les pieds de peur que ça s'écroule), le petit déjeuner moyen (des viennoiseries à peine mangeables, du jus de fruits horriblement sucrés et inbuvables) et enfin.... Un personnel pas très accueillant voir pas du tout (hormis la femme et l'homme qui se trouvent à l'accueil), à 10h on vous fait comprendre qu'il faut dégager le plancher ! Enfin, concernant la situation géographique : pas grand chose à faire (même le point d'information se trouvant à 2 pas de l'hôtel est déplorable (aucune activité ne nous a été proposée et la seule adresse qu'on nous a donnée était fausse... Nous nous sommes retrouvé au fin fond d'un chemin où on nous a demandé de faire demi tour car interdit aux voitures !). Seul pont positif : Rome n'est pas loin (environ 30km)

Parada en ostia previa al inicio de vacaciones
Pros:

Ubicación exelente, amabilidad del personal, desayuno óptimo.

Cons:

No funcionaba el wifi. Y lo que es inaceptable es que en pleno verano no habilitan el aire acondicionado durante la noche, solo funciona de 13 a 19 cuando todos están en la playa, pero para dormir durante la noche a sufrir calor.
