parchegggio non sufficiente per tutti i clienti . Stanza vicino alla porta di ingresso dell'immobile. Rumorosa. Doccia con acqua che scendeva male. Televisore minuscolo. Letto non confortevole.

Not a 4 star hotel!!! Not a good value for money. The fridge didn't work, took them 2 days to replace it. Good views over Frascati. No selection of teas, one packet of coffee for 3 days. Why booking.com includes it in its offer?

Cons:

The fridge didn't work. Had to wait for 2 days out of 3 for replacement. The bathroom looked tired. Very poor toiletries all wrapped in plastic- bad for the environment. Bad value for money. I regret my choice to stay there. Wouldn't recommend it.

La bombola di ossigeno della mamma che doveva trovarsi jn camera al ns arrivo ci e' stato chiesto se volevamo portarla in camera noi...direi che questo e' stato uno scivolone del ragazzo alla reception...

Excellent. We were upgraded to a junior suite.

The staff were friendly, the breakfast was wonderful, peaceful setting with the birds chirping away yet a couple of minutes walk into the centre
