Pros:

La struttura è di un certo livello, ma andrebbe migliorato il rapporto con il cliente. Ci sono stata tante volte, ma non mi è mai stato offerto neanche un bicchiere d’acqua all’arrivo oppure un buono sconto sul soggiorno successivo.

Perfekter Ort für das Pendeln mt der Bahn nach Rom.
Pros:

Gute Lage in der Nähe des Zentrums. Wir hatten für 4 Tage ein geräumiges Zimmer mit Balkon.
Kostenloser Parkplatz auf dem Gelände. Schön angelegter Park. Das Hotel ist teils modernisiert, teils in älterem Zustand. Wir nutzten Frascati, um unkompliziert mit der Bahn nach Rom zu fahren. Abends konnten wir wieder die sehr gute Küche in Frascati genießen.

De locatie was erg fijn, het personeel erg vriendelijk en de kamer zelf mooi.

Cons:

De faciliteiten zijn aan vernieuwing toe. De airco deed het niet maar werd gelukkig gerepareerd. De koelkast zag er oud en vies uit, ook de badkamer was erg oud met gebreken waardoor het niet erg hygiënisch was. Ook ons kluisje deed het helaas niet.

Bis auf das Bad war es gut ausgesucht.vor allem die Nähe zum Bahnhof war uns wichtig

Cons:

Das Bad war grindig. Bei der Dusche ein grindiger Plastikvorhang. Alle Ablagen gerade noch fixiert, alles hat gewackelt und man kann Angst haben dass es runter fällt.

Idealer Ausgangspunkt für einen Rom Besuch. 30 Minuten mit dem Zug nach Rom Hauptbahnhof.
Die Stadt ist angenehm und deutlich entspannter als Rom.

Außen Hui, innen darf gerne saniert werden!

Der nette Herr an der Rezeption der sich um uns kümmerte.

Nach bemängeln der Klimaanlage und Zustand des Badezimmers (Toilettenspülung defekt, Mülleimer defekt, Duschkabine ließ sich nicht richtig schließen) erhielten wir ein Upgrade eine Etage höher (3) und dieses Zimmer war viel besser.

Cons:

Sämtliche Hunde und Halter die morgens, mittags und abends auf dem Innenhof unterwegs waren.

Vacker byggnad, utanpå, centralt till tågstationen och centrum.

Cons:

Det luktade mögel på rummet. Solterrassen var stängd sen 2 år tillbaka,inga solstolar, dålig frukost. Personalen verkade uttråkade. Skulle ej rekommendera detta hotell, känner oss lurade.
