IL cibo super,pero staff non molto gentile nel ristorante!

Cons:

L'hotel apre il suo bar alle 9 di mattina. Allora non si poteva prendere (sarebbe normale),caffe prima! L'orario del ristorante molto breve ,per IL pranzo e per la cena..

Tutto regolare. buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Albergo con ampi spazi esterni.
Pros:

La posizione è ottima con accesso alla spiaggia e un prato verde tra la struttura e la spiaggia. Il centro storico si raggiunge facilmente a piedi, circa 20 minuti di passeggiata piacevole prevalentemente su lungomare, oppure usufruendo di un trenino che ha una fermata proprio fuori l'albergo. Ottima la colazione non eccessiva l'offerta e va bene così. Ottimo l'uovo sodo ,,.non l'avevo mai trovato a colazione.... Sorpreso piacevolmente dalla colazione in terrazza. Era il periodo di giugno e abbiamo trovato giornate molto belle per cui la colazione in terrazza con vista sul mare è stato il top. Abbiamo usufruito del posto auto gratuito...ma siamo stati fortunati perché dal mese successivo si sarebbe dovuto pagare. Ho apprezzato anche il dispenser per il sapone e per lo shampoo invece dei prodotti monouso. La nostra camera era munita di balconcino, molto utile visto che la camera non era grande e che tornando dal mare qualcosa di umido fuori ad asciugare lo potevi mettere.

Cons:

Sicuramente negativo il bagno che aveva il water molto scomodo perché di fronte al piatto doccia...in pratica ti puoi lavare i piedi mentre fai i tuoi bisogni; inoltre il saliscendi della doccia non fissava il soffione che restava appeso...l'ho dovuto legare io. L'albergo dispone di un lido, che purtroppo non è incluso nel prezzo, e questo ci sta...ma non mi è piaciuto il fatto che non avessero un prezzo scontato per i clienti della struttura.

Ho prenotato una camera vista mare e al momento del check-in la camera non era disponibile. Chi mi ha ricevuto ha giustificato che risultava essere stata prenotata una camera “Superior” ma priva di richiesta “vista mare”. Nonostante avessi mostrato l’importo pagato la questione non mi è stata risolta e ho dovuto accettare le condizioni che l’accoglienza mi proponeva come unica. In pratica ho pagato una camera con vista mare usufruendo di una camera con vista interna all’hotel. Bocciato!

Perfect location for beach and city option

From the moment we walked onto the property everyone was attentive and courteous! Pleasant experience from start to end. Thank you to the staff for such a wonderful experience! I apologize for my late review as I thought i had already sent it in. Staff and location everything was perfect for us! Breakfast room is spacious with attendant there to serve items. Happy with our experience here and would stay again! Wish we had more time to spend in Gaeta! Thank you hotel serapo for such a lovely experience 😊 💕

Pros:

Sijainti meren rannalla. Aamiaisterassilta kaunis näkymä, hyvä aamiainen. Hotellilla oma ranta. Bonuksena vielä 25 metrin sisäallas, joka oli hotelliasiakkaiden käytössä muutaman kerran päivässä. Lyhyt matka palveluiden piiriin.

Cons:

Huone oli vanhalla puolella edullisesta hinnasta johtuen. Pientä nuhjuisuutta.
