Pros:

Not enough space for all my impressions so I will use "like" box.
Our impressions about the hotel started when we waited for the taxi (managed by the hotel) 50 minutes outside the train station under the burning sun. It was a long wait to get a reply or reaction from the reception by messages, so we didn’t risk changing the agreed meeting point. When we reached the place, we were surprised to see how old and out-of-date the hotel was.
The furniture, TV, shower facilities most likely were installed 30-40 years ago. The Management haven’t heard about renovation at all. The shower was too small even for a 10-year old slim girl, but that wasn’t the only problem – the doors did not close and were falling from the base all the time, one needs to keep holding it while taking a shower! Wow! Really?! And I’ve noticed a lots of comments with the same problem, seems like no one cares to fix anything!
Let’s go further. The pool. If you weren’t smart enough to bring your our swimming hat, you’ll be forced to buy one for 3 euro, a very poor quality, and too tight. I asked if I could wear a shower hat instead, but they said the plastic hat is not good for the pool. And also you need to pay for each towel to be used in the pool or beach area, and bring dirty ones back straight to the reception table.
In the room there is not coffee/tea, even NO WATER. It’s the first time I faced the problem of checking in in a new place and having no water after a tiring trip. It’s basic even for the most budget places.
The beach café/bar. The slim tall guy (over 50) is pretty tricky. He pretends to be friendly and tricks you to get extra euros for simple stuff like water or ice cream. I had to pay 3 euro for a 0.5 liter bottle of water instead of 1 liter for 2 euro according to the menu, but I noticed it only tomorrow, and his English is too bad to try to communicate. And I didn’t want to ruin my day even more, so I ignored.

Cons:

As for the location, it’s pretty far from anything you might be interested outside the hotel, so you are forced to “enjoy” every aspect of you stay there!
The Restaurant. Too bad for breakfast and even worse for dinner (quality/pricewise).
And the dishes and cups are washed very poorly, my child even got a cup with someone’s lipstick stains, I noticed it too late when she finished her yogurt in it. The food is very simple and cheap, and they even managed to make scrambled eggs the worst way I ever tried. Is that a too complicated dish to prepare?
And the final moment of checking-out we’ve got another kick-in-the-b***. We asked for a taxi to relocate into another accommodation less than 1 kilometer away, and they offered us to wait for 1,5 hour for it. So don’t expect any normal transfer options from this hotel!
I rarely write bad reviews, and try to concentrate on the overall impression, but TORRE DEL SOLE surprised me in all the ways possible.

Pros:

Ottima pulizia delle camere e del bagno. Ottima la colazione con vasta scelta a buffet di salato e dolce. Disponibile sia la piscina, sia la possibilità di andare nello stabilimento al mare. Abbiamo cenato nel ristorante dell'albergo e si mangia davvero bene.

Cons:

La piscina non era pulitissima ma forse perché era mattina presto.

Hotel Torre del Sole Terracina
Pros:

La posizione e' ottima, proprio fronte mare e le camere ai piani alti hanno una splendida.vista (solo la meta' delle camere pero' hanno la vista mare). Il personale e' gentile e la colazione di buon livello (specie per la parte dolce). Pulizia sia in camera che negli ambienti comuni ok.

Cons:

Le parti esterne della struttura sono belle e curate ma le camere andrebbero rimodernate, sia negli infissi che nei mobili. La ns camera aveva i letti singoli, piccoli e non fra i piu comodi provati.. Prezzo un po alto considerato il periodo a meta maggio.
