Pros:

Struttura moderna, personale eccezionale, pulitissimo, ottima posizione. Sfruttata anche la convenzione con l’Hotel Holiday per l’utilizzo della splendida piscina. Cucina di ottimo livello sia per un pranzo veloce che per una cena gourmet.

Cons:

Unico punto migliorabile è la colazione: cornetti “dozzinali”, caffè imbevibile, dolcetti poco appetitosi

Nice hotel with friendly staff
Pros:

The location is good - close to the center and walking distance to the lake.
The room was small but quite comfortable.
The staff was friendly.

Cons:

The breakfast is ok but not much choice and variety.
If the hotel parking is full (was almost always full, cause its a small parking space) the next parking is about 250 meter walk, which is a bit annoying.
The pool is not at the hotel, but you have to drive to another hotel, which is about 600 meter away, however the pool is really nice and the staff there is friendly.

Central beliggenhed mellem bymidte og stranden. Gode parkeringsmuligheder. God service fra receptionisten.

Slidt og lettere forsømt Hotel. Kaffen til morgenmaden ikke Italien værdig! Den tilkøbte kaffe ikke meget bedre.

Posizione centrale, comoda al centro di Bolsena ma anche al lago . Arredamento un po’ vecchio ma pulito.

La cena era ottima anche la posizione migliore.

Cons:

La camera era sporca e poco curata esterno della camera non hanno pulito affatto e per le pulizie giornaliere sono passate alle 16 di pomeriggio quando eravamo dentro. Essendo un 4 stelle mancava pure un bollitore e le tisane. Letto matrimoniale era comodo ma divano letto molto scomodo.

Schönes 4 Sterne Hotel nur wenige Gehminuten vom See entfernt. Sehr nette Kellner und das Abendessen war sehr, sehr lecker 😋!
Wir hatten ein 3 - Bettzimmer im Erdgeschoss mit Klimaanlage. Das Zimmer ist recht groß und wir haben sehr gut geschlafen 😊!

Cons:

Nur die Möbel sollten mal überprüft werden, da kam muffiger Geruch raus.

La posizione, gli spazi comuni, la colazione e lo staff, sempre cordiale e disponibile

Cons:

Il letto della camera faceva rumore ad ogni movimento, come se non fosse in piano, tra le lenzuola c’erano delle piccole palline, come bricioline, sospette…anche dopo che le toglievi si riformavano…, si udivano tutti i rumori del bagno della camera accanto, le tapparelle delle finestre non si abbassavano e le tende non coprivano tutta la finestra, quindi all’alba era già giorno in stanza. Gli arredi del bagno piuttosto desueti ed il copriletto era abbastanza provato dall’uso.
