Un ruido constante de la ventilación general que te impedía dormir. La habitación y el baño muy pequeños. La cama muy incomoda.
Great location, by the lake. The staff is very friendly and nice. We had our room upgraded free of charge just because they wanted to make sure we have a room with a view to the lake, since it was available.
Breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of options.

Devo dire che la struttura, pur essendo in buone condizioni, risulta un po' datata e avrebbe bisogno di una ristrutturazione. Il rapporto qualità/prezzo è ottimo.

Il condizionatore è molto rumoroso e non regolabile dalla stanza.

Colazione con il minimo indispensabile per un 4 stelle, ma nel complesso deludente.
Posizione comodissima, in un contesto molto signorile, praticamente in riva al lago di Bolsena. Con una breve passeggiata di 10 minuti si possono raggiungere sia il centro storico che una spiaggia per fare un bagno nella stagione estiva.
La struttura è curata, il personale cortese, la stanza pulita.
Ampio parcheggio gratuito riservato, molto comodo.
Nell'ottica di fare una critica costruttiva, trattandosi di un 4 stelle mi sarei aspettato qualcosa in più dalla colazione, magari con qualche prodotto del territorio. Ma è un dettaglio che non impatta sull'ottima valutazione complessiva dell'hotel.
La posizione molto comoda vicino al lago e a 10 min a piedi dal centro di Bolsena. I saponi nelle stanze sono molto buoni. Struttura pulita e staff disponibile e molto accoglienti. Piscina dell’hotel vicino accessibile agli ospiti della struttura gratuitamente.
La stanza singola era un po’ piccola e bagno stretto e lungo un po’ scomodo. Le tende oscuranti non oscuravano molto pertanto entrava la luce dall’alba. Ho dormito poco anche per via di gruppi che facevano molto rumore nei corridoi, ma questo non dipendeva dalla struttura.
La camera: semplice ma pulita, ottimo pavimento, spaziosa. Anche il bagno molto bene. La posizione è ottima, ampio prcheggio disponibile. La colazione: anche se facciamo una colazione "normale", l'assortimento e quanità disponibili sono ottime; anche il locale per la colazione è arioso.
E' disponibile il wifi dell'hotel, ma io per esigenze personali avevo necessità del segnale 5g/4G; nella camera dove ero non arrivava quasi segnale, praticamente non ho potuto utilizzare lo smartphone, rimandando alcune faccende personali al giorno dopo. L'aria condizionata è stata insufficiente: il caldo era importante e la camera stentava a raggiungere una temperatura adeguata: ho dovuto lasciarla accesa tutta la notte - cosa che normalmente non faccio mai. Materasso e cuscino: avrei preferito una struttura più dura, per problemi miei di schiena, ma appunto, questo è un fattore soggettivo.
