On the positive side, they let us check in as early as 10am even though the official check-in time is 15:00, which was a great start to our stay. The property is quite clean, and the pools are excellent.

Cons:

The rooms don’t have mosquito screens on the windows, which was a real problem for us. Noise was also a significant issue - loud music continued late into the night, coming both from pool parties and from a nearby cafe right in front of the hotel. During the Ferragosto period, karaoke went on until 3am, which made it very hard to get a good night’s sleep.

Sehr schöne Pools, schöner Garten, gleich in der Nähe sehr schöner Strand. Sehr gutes Frühstück.

Cons:

Zimmer und Hotel schon recht in die Jahre gekommen aber sauber.
Gleich in unmittelbarer Nähe ist fast jeden Abend eine Karaokeshow die man sehr laut bis in die Zimmer hört. Generell sehr dünne Wände

Friendly staff and a decent location, but this hotel is not suitable for families with young children. Every evening there is karaoke or live singing until midnight, at a very high volume — sleeping before then is not realistic. If you want a quiet night, look elsewhere; if you want nightlife, you will enjoy it.

Excellent, comfortable, friendly
Pros:

The hotel is situated 3.5 km from the old town, enjoys an excellent location, and can be reached on foot via the pine-lined seaside promenade. It offers clean, comfortable rooms and a generous breakfast selection. The staff are very friendly and helpful.
On our last day, our flight didn’t leave until the evening, so we spent the day on the beach beforehand. After checking out, you can have a shower, get changed and freshen up.
I wholeheartedly recommend it :-)

В целом все понравилось, чистый большой номер, вживую намного лучше, чем на фото. Своеобразный стиль под винтаж. Зеркало напротив кровати плюс картина над кроватью имитирует виз из окна sea view

Great vacation for family close to beautiful Maria Pia beach.
Pros:

Lovely property, older but functioning well, just steps away from beautiful Maria Pia beach. It is a great choice for families. Breakfast was wonderful, plenty of food choices and amazing coffee. We enjoyed live singer on selected nights in the bar. Kids pool was great, just enough for my 1year old and 3 year old. Staff was lovely, working hard, especially at breakfast. Reception staff was super nice and they were able to help with few requests. There is few restaurants walking distance (8-10 mins), for lunch we ate at La Conchigia at the beach and for dinner, we recommend La Pergola with a beautiful outside terrace and we really liked upscale Rafel Restaurant (food was outstanding). We took bus to town few times, just be careful when going around dinner time as it might be super busy with people coming back from the beach. We had to pivot our plans once, because bus wouldn't take us and we didn't want to wait another 20 mins for next one (which might not take us as well). We took taxi once 20eur, it was easy peasy for our group of 6ppl.
