Gets the job done, mediocre 3star quality for a 3star price so can't complain too much.
Pros:

The location of the hotel is fantastic, close to the beach (although this is not a nice beach compared to other Sardinian options). Not too far from the old town if you are willing to walk 20 minutes. Breakfast option for 12 EUR is decent, nothing fancy but gets the job done. The beds and matrasses were comfortable. The rooftop bar is quite nice!

Cons:

This is NOT a 4* hotel by any measure. It is a mediocre 3* but the price is comparable too so that is okay. The furniture is quite dated especially in the bathroom. The armchair was dirty with stains. The hotel had some intermittent electricity issues, noting major though. We were lucky to get a relativelty new (installed in the last decade) AC but the other room on the 4th floor had one from a museum. Last but not least we asked for 2 rooms next to each other which the Hotel confirmed on booking. In reality when we arrived one of the rooms were on the 1st floor and the other is on the 4th floor.
