I may have had a better experience in the other Best Western down the street.
Pros:

Loved the old architecture and the location. Bed was comfortable, and ventilation in the room was adequate. Decent breakfast.

Cons:

Stairs- have to go up stairs to get into the hotel, stairs on the floor. The elevator was very small and difficult to use with luggage.
Shower controls were hard to figure out. Instructions would have helped.

Die Lage ist super.

Cons:

Leider stimmt der Preis/Leistungsvergleich nicht, zu teuer. Veraltete Einrichtung, das kann man akzeptieren, aber nicht zu diesem Preis.

Best Western? More Like Best Decision
Pros:

The hotel is in a great location, just a short walk from Piazza De Ferrari. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The staff were exceptionally friendly and always willing to help. I had a very pleasant stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. If I visit Genoa again in the future, I would definitely choose to stay here again.

un luogo ideale per girare il centro di Genova
Pros:

Posizione centralissima, dovevamo andare al Teatro Carlo Felice e ci siamo arrivati a piedi in pochissimi minuti.
Pulizia della camera perfetta. Staff gentile e molto preparato.
Colazione davvero eccellente. Ho apprezzato molto la presenza dei prodotti locali che già conoscevo essendo ligure.
Buonissimi la ricotta di S,Stefano d'Aveto e il ciambellone all'uvetta. Se posso permettermi metterei anche i gobeletti ed i canestrelli.
