Die Organisation des Parkservice für das eigene Auto.

Cons:

Frühstück ist ein wenig ausbaufähig wegen der etwas harten Brötchen. Der Rest des Frühstücks ging in Ordnung.

Pros:

Close to town centre and the seaside, parking very close to the hotel, air conditioning in perfect condition. Customer service- perfect. Cristina and the gentleman who welcomed us very friendly, nice and gave us all the details about everything. Well done!!!

Great location for old city and port
Pros:

Location was great and staff were helpful and friendly. We had a balcony which was a real bonus - enjoyed it in the evenings.

Cons:

Elevator is very small and so is hallway outside of elevator for a few metres. They did warn me about this in advance.
Breakfast has limited assortment and not really tasty. Nice that it is included but skipped it after one day.

Un super emplacement pour visiter le vieux Gênes.
Pros:

l'emplacement pour visiter le vieux Gênes. le parking privé réservable pas très loin. Un super accueil par le personnel qui nous a bien conseillé pour les parcours dans la ville et restaurants. les petites bouteilles d'eau gratuites au frigo dans la chambre. Bon petit déjeuner (mais n'arrivez pas les derniers sinon le choix est limité )

Cons:

notre chambre donnait sur la rue, c'était un peu bruyant, mais acceptable de mon point de vue. la clim efficace mais pas réglable : on peut limiter la vitesse de ventilation ou l'arrêter, mais pas régler la température par exemple.

Ну скажу так в слідуючий раз бронювати в цьому готелі не будемо більше.

Персонал ресепшена привітні.

Cons:

З поселенням вийшла непорозуміння,номер який дали на першу ніч просто не відповідав ціні,подушки високі і тверді в першому номері не було одіял,кондиціонер працює добре,але в стані мінімум спати без одіяла було холодно.Це дуже не зручно коли бронюєш за три неділі ,а по приїзду ти маєш переміщатися за дві ночі два рази і нажаль камери ,які вікна виходять в провулок це просто жесть.Тому ціна завишена.Сніданок теж бажав би кращого,підноси з їжею були майже пусті,не контролювалося хлопцем ,який там мабуть приглядає за тим,щоб доносити їжу де пусто вже.

Wenn ich wieder nach Genua fahre, dann wieder ins Hotel Helvetia!
Pros:

Der Empfang im Hotel war sehr freundlich und persönlich gestaltet. Wir wurden erwartet und das Checkin ging zügig und dennoch mit Antworten auf unsere Fragen.
Die Lage ist sehr gut und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Alle Mitarbeitenden (Zimmerservice, Reinigung, Frühstückraum) im Hotel waren freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Klimaanlage im Zimmer!
„Irish Pub“ gleich um die Ecke mit gutem Essen und Trinken!
ÖV vor dem Haus, Altstadt und Hafen zu Fuss in fünf Minuten erreichbar.
