Pros:

Staff cordiale , educato , disponibile.
Posizione della location estremamente comoda.

Cons:

Bella la struttura, ma da rimodernare.
No aria condizionata, (nella mia stanza)tapparella non funzionante e zero prese dell elettricità ( per ricaricare il cellulare bisogna staccare la spina della tv)

Pros:

Kleinschalig hotel, ideaal gelegen in een rustige wijk, vlakbij het charmante strand van Boccadasse. 
Er zijn verschillende restaurants in de omgeving. Er is ook een supermarkt in de buurt.
Met bus 42 ben je op een kwartiertje in het centrum van Genua.
Het personeel is heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Cons:

Weinig. Misschien dit : zeer kleine douche, en weinig stopcontacten in de kamer

Єдине що великий плюс, це містознаходженя. Поряд гарні пляжи та ресторація.

Cons:

Сніданки, це повний отстой!!! Якщо із 5 балів, це ,, 3 ,, з натягом. Це перший отель, де їсти нічого, від слова нічогісеньки!!!
Кава - жах
Яйця треба варити самостійно
Один дешевий вид сиру
Два види шинки
Фруктів не було зовсім.
Далі буде, кондиціонер нижче+ 24 * градусів не опускається, вони це пояснюють распорядженям адміністрації, а на дворі +36*
Далі, сантехніка - це таке відчуття із 90 - х
За три ночі я заплатив 580€, воно того не вартить! Не пропоную!

personale super gentile, strutuura molto carina, camere singole piccole ma per una o due notti vanno bene.
Non pulitissimo ma niente di che.

C'era la pala al soffitto e faceva davvero molto caldo, ho fatto molta fatica a dormire.
