Unique Historic hotel in picturesque town that could use some updates.Friendly staff and nice beachfront restaurant.
Pros:

Excellent waterfront location with private beach and beautiful pool in central location

Cons:

Old construction in need of updates ..
AC is Central so no thermostats in rooms (it was hot)
Bathroom was subpar and too small with tiny corner shower stall , in need of paint and had cracked floor tiles..
Insulation inadequate so very noisy from neighboring guests and parking
My room was facing entrance/ parking so very unhappy (was told it was fully booked with no vacancies for change) Noisy and early morning trucks picking up linen laundry.
It was an underwhelming experience.

La réservation des meilleurs tables en fonction du niveau de chambres réservées c’est vraiment une idée top !!
Le personnel est nombreux et toujours disponible

Luxe, ontspannen en mooi!
Pros:

Bijzonder vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel, prachtig gelegen, alles gericht op comfort, voldoende en goede bedjes bij het zwembad, prive strand, rust op het terrein, overal schoon, goed eten en drinken. Trein dichtbij, voldoende eetgelegenheden ook in het stadje.

Cons:

Dorpje Camogli kent niet echt een winkelhart, dus voor de echte shoppers zijn Genua, Rapallo of Santa Margherita aanraders. Verder is Camogli wel erg leuk hoor.

Massiv überteuert, schlecht geführt, das Geld nicht wert!
Pros:

Vorweg, die Lage ist einmalig schön, zentral am Anfang der Promenade mit den Restaurants und dennoch sehr ruhig! Das Personal ist extrem zuvorkommend und um die Gäste bemüht. Die Betten sind gut und die Klimaanlage funktioniert gut. Sehr vorteilhaft ist, dass der Bahnhof in 5 Gehminuten über einen öffentlichen Lift vor der Hoteleinfahrt zu erreichen ist. Der Meerwasserpool ist sehr sauber und gepflegt mit ausreichend Poolliegen und Handtüchern. Wirklich bedanken möchten wir uns beim Consierge Stefano, der uns sehr gute Tipps für Genua gegeben und uns auch die besten Zugverbindungen herausgesucht hat. Sehr angenehm ist auch das bewachte Valet-Parking.

Cons:

Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt nicht! Ich reise sehr viel und übernachte auch in echten Luxushotels und kann das sehr wohl beurteilen. Für dieses Hotel im Classic Doppelzimmer 575 EUR die Nacht zu verlangen, ist gelinde gesagt "sportlich". Dazu passt einfach zu vieles nicht. Bsp.: aus dem Wasserhahn kommt nur lauwarmes Wasser. Ich fragte an der Rezeption, ob das zu ändern wäre. Man versprach, sich darum zu kümmern. Ergebnis: nix! Das sehr unedle Badezimmer selbst ist vergleichsweise klein, nur ein Waschbecken und ein Spiegel, die Dusche ist in der Badewanne. Der Fön ist ein festinstallierter Billigfön. Das Zimmer selbst war ziemlich "altehrwürdig", die Einrichtung schon sehr in die Tage gekommen. Die Hotelflure (wir waren im Haupthaus) sind mit alten Läufern belegt, die schon bessere Tage gesehen haben, aus der Form sind und einem solchen Haus nicht genügen. Der Pool ist zwar sehr schön und sauber und hat auch für einen Hotelpool eine ordentliche Größe, aber schwimmen war oft nicht möglich, da er zum dauerhaften Kinderplantschbecken einschließlich Wasserball wurde. Der Bademeister griff kaum ein. Das Frühstück ist zwar opulent, doch für solch ein Hotel unwürdig. Man wird von einem sehr netten "Maitre de Salle" platziert und darf sich dann durch ein Überangebot an Süßgebäck kämpfen. Die Rühreier sind definitiv aus dem Fertigei-Tetrapack und der knochenhart gebratene dicke Frühstücksspeck ist aus dem Presslaib geschnitten. Das Angebot an ungesüßten ungezuckerten Backwaren ist überschaubar und Croissants wurden an keinem Tag nachgelegt. Die Marmelade im Spender ist gut für ein Vetreterhotel. aber nicht der Standard für solch ein Haus. Ein Manko ist auch die Kleidung der wirklich guten und netten Bedienungen, die aber oft durch abgerissene Knöpfe, abgewaschene schwarze Jeans und abgewetzte Gürtel auffielen. Bei 200 EUR die Nacht wäre das alles akzeptabel. Bei 575 EUR aber nicht!

Une bonne semaine dans cet hôtel au personnel adorable avec localisation idéale !

Très bien localisé, piscine agréable avec belle vue mer, personnel adorable

Cons:

Chambres très mal insonorisées :-(
Nous entendions toute ce qui se passait dans les chambres à côté :-(
Et notre chanvre était côté parking juste au-dessus du parking des scooters du personnel … donc bruyant….
