Overall a beautiful place, definitely worth going.
Pros:

Beautiful location, right near the center of the town. Nice room, with marble bathrooms. Antiques everywhere. Beach was okay, water not as clear as Paraggi but still good .The main bonus of the property is the breathtaking view and all the greenery on the way to the beach.

Cons:

The housekeeping stuff wouldn’t knock, would just barge in, while i was either sleeping or changing. Happened almost daily and would really bother me. Even if the do not disturb tag wasn’t hung, I believe stuff should knock and wait a few seconds to hear a response. Breakfast selection wasn’t that great, the egg station would have a very long wait, and the chef was visibly overwhelmed, so would mess up or forget the orders. The beach food was quite bad, ingredients weren’t fresh and selection you could order to eat at the loungers was very basic (sandwiches mainly). No sauna or cold plunge was also disappointing (for a hotel of this level). No coffee machine or kettle in the room was also disappointing as that meant you had to either order room service, or go downstairs in the morning which isn’t always ideal if you want to have a coffee first thing in the morning.

Heaven on the Ligurian coast
Pros:

Breakfast was fantastic and in a gorgeous setting. The location was ideal and all the views were heavenly. The staff went above and beyond and had excellent recommendations.

Cons:

I liked it all honestly. Easy walk to town and to the train station. The food was great, staff was lovely, and the grounds were immaculate.

Poor Service and Not Worth the Price
Pros:

Very disappointing experience. The hotel did not have any international power adapters available, making it impossible to charge my phone, smartwatch, headphones, or use my personal hairdryer. The staff showed little interest in helping and simply said they had no adapters in stock without offering any alternative solution.

Considering the high room rates, I expected much better service. The overall customer service was poor and did not justify the price. I would not recommend this hotel, as there are neighboring hotels that offer better value and a far superior guest experience.
