Pros:

Overall a very nice experience.

All the local Italian staff were friendly and helpful as you would expect. However, the international staff at the front desk were unfriendly and not very helpful at all.

No valet waiting to take our car when we arrived. The breakfast was basic buffet only and missing basic items like greek yoghurt, berries, french toast/pancakes etc

The dinner however was a delight and would definitely return for the food and the view.

The beach was great, although cold water in June. The grounds perfectly kept and beautiful. We found the lunch menu limited, but good quality food.

The other guests were mostly quiet and respectful.

Our room was beautiful if you like the old style Italian decor. But the bed was hard for us albeit very big.

All round it was a great stay and we would return.

The stay was fantastic and service very efficient and kind
Pros:

Property, location and view were great, room good and better than I expected from the photos, sea area with long chairs, life guards and bar-restaurant service was exceptional, great breakfast and evening piano bar. I have not tried the restaurant but from platea passing seemed good as well.

Cons:

Everything’s was good, only comment I have mattress was too hard for my taste (but maybe this is very personal).

Pros:

Imperial Hotel is super comfortable, staff are friendly, professional, respectful. Room has a beautiful view over the sea and the bay of St. Margeritha. Their "Beach" is stunning, the view, the vibe and the sun loungers, just WOW. Breakfast is a party starting your off with, it has so many choices and the seating on the balcony with a view on the bay, a real treat

Un paradiso con vista!
Pros:

La vista sul porto e lungomare di Santa Margherita, la bellezza dell'albergo. L'accesso al mare diretto al mare attraverso giardini favolosi. La piscina, il ristorante e le sdraio in riva al mare sono un vero lusso.
