Pros:

Hotel molto accogliente e confortevole in posizione centralissima. Pulizia ottima, personale disponibile e colazione inclusa molto buona. Ottimo anche il servizio di car valet (a mio avviso un plus in più rispetto alle altre strutture della zona).

O quarto teve reforma no banheiro e parte da decoração. Cama ótima. Banheiro e roupas de cama excelentes com amenities da Lavín. É limpíssimo e bem arrumado. O Hall e área de circulação com carpete e decoração mais antiga, porém com móveis com algum charme. A localização não é na orla
mas é muito próxima dela e de muitos restaurantes. Adoramos. A equipe muito gentil e eficiente. Destaco o Roberto!

Cons:

O mobiliário ( a marcenaria ) do quarto é mais antiga. Mas não compromete. Você consegue se sentir bem hospedada. Eu peguei o quarto mais simples e há outros já reformados que acho que são lindos.

Ho soggiornato per tre notti all’Hotel Jolanda di Santa Margherita Ligure e l’esperienza è stata eccellente sotto ogni aspetto.

Il punto di forza dell’hotel è senza dubbio il servizio: professionale, cordiale e impeccabile in tutti i reparti.

Un ringraziamento speciale va a Irene della reception, che ha gestito ogni nostra richiesta con grande disponibilità, cortesia e professionalità. Sempre presente, efficiente e puntuale, ha contribuito a rendere il nostro soggiorno ancora più piacevole.

Un plauso anche al reparto Housekeeping: la camera era sempre perfettamente pulita, ordinata e curata nei minimi dettagli.

Complimenti a tutto il team dell’Hotel Jolanda. È sempre un piacere trovare una struttura dove l’attenzione verso l’ospite fa davvero la differenza. Torneremo con grande piacere!

Nice hotel but rude staff.

Location was excellent, generally clean and breakfast was lovely.

Cons:

Front desk staff very rude, condescending and very unhelpful. Upon asking for laundry services the man on the front desk looked very confused and seemed personally offended we asked for a service clearly offered on the hotel website. He then claimed he didn’t know how much it costed when asked (despite there being a laundry price list hidden in the safe of our room he could have pointed us to), they however had no issue finding the price list when it was time to pay. They had said the laundry would take 24 hours but it took over 48 and again staff were very rude and unhelpful when asking where it was offering no solution except “ I don’t know”. They then demanded the city tax to be paid in cash when this was never mentioned to us before getting very rude and angry when we said we had no cash on us and reluctantly taking card. Some places you stay the staff can’t do enough for you, this place was the opposite; they couldn’t do anything and acted like they were doing you a favour. Such a shame as all other staff inc cleaners and breakfast staff were excellent really helpful and friendly. Hotel itself was nice. But front desk staff massively let it down for us.
