A jewel!
Pros:

Location is fantastic. 1 minute from outside the train station, 5 minutes to the Main Street with restaurants and shops. 15 minutes straight walk to the port for boats.
Big rooms, comfort, plenty of storage space. Efficient suitcase storage. Breakfast has something for everyone.

Very happy we chose this hotel for our time in the Cinque Terre area.
Pros:

Everything. Beautiful and comfortable deluxe rooms. Proximity to the train station and all other surrounding areas. Staff are incredibly helpful and nice.

Great property, really exceeded expectations. The staff were so great. We had fantastic dinners at their restaurant. It had a lovely relaxing atmosphere and the staff were so kind and helpful. Would come back in a heart beat.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Un excellent séjour !
Pros:

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour dans cet hôtel. La propreté des lieux était irréprochable, la chambre très confortable et agréable. Le personnel s’est montré accueillant, disponible et très sympathique.

L’emplacement est également un vrai atout, notamment grâce à la proximité de la gare, qui permet de rejoindre facilement les Cinque Terre et de profiter des visites sans avoir à prendre la voiture.

Nous recommandons vivement cet hôtel, aussi bien pour la qualité de l’accueil que pour son confort et sa situation idéale. Nous y retournerions avec grand plaisir !

Cons:

Un tout petit bémol pour la chambre située derrière la colonne d’ascenseur gênant le soir tard et le matin tôt .

Super hôtel, personnel très accueillant et emplacement exceptionnel.
Pros:

Emplacement idéal, en plein centre, parfait pour visiter la ville.

Cons:

Un peu bruyant à cause de la circulation, mais c’est vraiment le seul point négatif.
