Perfect hotel for visiting Cinque Terre
Pros:

Fabulous hotel, rooms were clean and comfortable The reception staff were helpful & friendly and it was no problem to store our luggage. The best thing for us was the proximity to the station, just across the road. Perfect for catching trains to Cinque Terre. The town of La Spezia was lovely with many restaurants and bars and just a 5 minute walk away. Thoroughly recommend this hotel.

Cons:

If Im being really nit-picky, the beds were very hard. Not a problem for me but my husband found them very uncomfortable

Decisamente consigliata per visitare le Cinque Terre in treno
Pros:

La colazione, la presenza della palestra di cui il mio partner ha usufruito, la competenza dello staff e l’ottima insonorizzazione delle camere (affacciavamo su una strada trafficata e con le finestre chiuse non si sentiva assolutamente nulla). La posizione era davvero ottima perché a due passi dalla stazione e dalla via principale della città

Cons:

Forse vale solo per la nostra stanza, ma il getto del rubinetto era un po’ debole e nella doccia era molto difficile regolare l’acqua affinché uscisse fredda, restava davvero molto calda per tanto tempo.

A perfectly situated and perfectly appointed hotel for a perfect holiday.
Pros:

The staff were so lovely and welcoming. They spent time talking to us in Italian which we were very happy about. The hotel was so calm and peaceful and beautifully decorated. Breakfast was excellent and the evening meals were of a very high quality.

Cons:

It didn’t have an outside area.

L'hôtel est très bien placé et de très belle qualité.

Pros:

Idéalement situé, a proximité de la gare. Parking payant à proximité. Proche des restaurants et commerces. Petit déjeuné complet (dommage que les jus ne soit pas rempli plus régulièrement). La chambre était bien situé, au calme, avec grande salle de bain.

Muito bom para quem quer tranquilidade e praticidade.
Pros:

Localização excelente para passear pela cidade e para pegar o trem, fica ao lado da estação. Equipe extremamente atenciosa. Café da manhã de alta qualidade.

Marvelous stay on Lake Brienz and close to Lake Como!

Parcheggio comodo in una città impossibile come La Spezia!

Pros:

Colazione ottima, scelta vasta di dolci e salati servita in una sala bellissima

Cons:

Suggerirei di completare il box doccia con un doccino mobile da aggiungere a quello fisso a muro per chi non ama bagnarsi i capeli.
