A due passi dalla stazione
Pros:

Vicinanza alla stazione davvero perfetta per muoversi verso le cinque terre, in pieno centro storico. Staff accogliente e gentile. Colazione a buffet abbondante con torte buonissime fatte in casa.
Ottime rapporto qualità prezzo rispetto a tante altre strutture.

Perfect base
Pros:

So close to the station and the old town - room was cheap and cheerful, exactly what i needed it to be

Cons:

No aircon (I think only in my room) but I was advised in advance - they provided a fan and it was completely fine

Posizione perfetta! Tutto bene
Pros:

Posizione perfetta, davanti alla stazione e puoi raggiungere spezia e dintorni tranquillamente a piedi!

Cons:

Unica pecca la colazione, per 15€ non era abbondante come pensavamo ma comunque buona!

Localização perfeita. Em frente à estação de trem. Local ideal para quem vai fazer as cinque terre. Sara a funcionária muito simpática e solicita.

Cons:

As 10:30 eles começam a perturbar para limpar os quartos e exigem o check out às 10:30. Muito chato isso!

Galattico!! Son stato benissimo
Pros:

Posizione comodissima, a due passi dal centro e dalla stazione. Personale che si fa in quattro per venir incontro alle tue esigenze … sempre sorridente. Ci ritornerò sicuramente.

Grea stay at a fantastic location
Pros:

The best thing about this place is the location. Right opposite the train station. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Also the breakfast was fantastic. So many options. They also had gluten free options for me which was amazing. The room was pretty good and all that I needed. I would def start here again. Highly recommend if you need good value and basic accom near the station.

Cons:

The walls were thin and sound travelled but it wasn't really a problem for me. If it is you just need ear plugs if you have a noisy neighbour.

とても便利でとても親切！
Pros:

スタッフの方々がとても家庭的で親切！忘れかけてた昔ながらの心暖まる人間味溢れたご対応でした。
ラ・スペツィアやチンクエ・テッレの説明もしてくださり、とても興味深いお話でした。
立地条件も素晴らしいです。駅の目の前！お部屋の窓から駅ホームが見えます。駐車場は路上ですがレセプションに前もって伝えておくと確保して下さっていました。朝食は一通り色々あって、手作りのフォカッチャもありました。焼き菓子も数種類ありました。
新しいホテルではありませんがお部屋のお掃除も行き届いていました。
チンクエ・テッレの狭い道を車で移動しなくても、目の前の駅から電車で行けるし、他の主要な都市にも移動しやすいです。
中心街にも近く、レストランも色々あって、食べることにも困りません！
チンクエ・テッレや他の都市への移動拠点としてまた宿泊したいです。
