Pros:

Il personale è educato, gentilissimo, disponibile e attento a soddisfare ogni esigenza. La posizione è strategica, proprio di fronte alla stazione centrale che è assolutamente comodo per spostarsi con il treno per visitare le cinque terre.

Habitación cómoda y lugar súper estratégico
Pros:

No pedí el desayuno pero tenían dos opciones: la colazione italiana tradicional y otra tipo buffet.
Lo que más me gustó es que estaba literalmente al frente de la estación La Spezia Centrale.
Me guardaron mis maletas después del check-out sin cobro adicional.

Cons:

Todo bien. Ningún problema. Tal vez aclarar que el hotel está al frente de la estación pero esta se encuentra en un nivel elevado, por lo que hay que tomar el ascensor para bajar al piano terra, el día que llegué el ascensor estaba fuera de servicio (NO DEL HOTEL, SINO DE LA ESTACIÓN CENTRAL) y tuve que bajar las escaleras con maletas pesadas... Pero en el hotel todo perfecto.

Estancia perfecta
Pros:

La cercanía a la estación de trenes y al centro, la amabilidad de todo el personal, la limpieza, el desayuno con muchas opciones, la habitacion grande con balcon y aire acondicionado, ya que hacia mucho calor.
Es la segunda vez que lo elegimos y volveríamos a hacerlo.

Pros:

The hotel is right across from La Spezia Central Station; in fact, it was the very first building I saw as soon as I stepped out of the station. There couldn't be a better location for visiting Cinque Terre. I stayed there for 2 nights with my son. The buses to Lerici depart just 50 meters from the hotel. It is a quiet, peaceful, and very clean hotel, despite being old. The room we stayed in was spacious and comfortable; I can't comment on the other room types. The staff are very friendly and helpful. In short, if you are coming for Cinque Terre, I can't think of a better hotel.

Cons:

La spezia tren istasyonuna yakın olması bir avantaj iken, şehrin daha merkezi noktaları icin biraz uzak.

Ottima posizione vicino al centro e alla stazione, struttura un po’ datata ma complessivamente di buon livello, personale molto gentile e disponibile, in grado di risolvere in maniera rapida un’incomprensione che si è creata.

Хороший отель. Советую!
Pros:

Отель совсем рядом со станцией Специя Централе. Номер чистый, есть тапочки. Можно взять хороший завтрак-шведский стол за 10 евро. На завтраке можно заказать омлет или яичницу. Доброжелательный персонал.

Cons:

Вода не предоставляется.
