It was a good stay.
Pros:

The location is perfect for me as it's very close to the central train station. It's good for people with plans to travel with trains. The breakfast buffet is pretty good with the local standard. My room is big enough for a solo traveler. It's clean and has everything I need.

It was fine. Served its purpose being so close to the train station which is what I needed it for
Pros:

It was very close to everything ! Compact, and the staff were very kind.

Cons:

It was run down, ugly interior, but sufficed for what I needed. Extremely small. The shower you had to turn sideways to get in and I’m not a big person. Also, when I awoke in the middle of the night the bathroom floor had hundreds of little tiny bugs on it. I’m unsure if that’s normal but it freaked me out!

Pros:

Exceptional location. Few steps away from La Spezia central station. Walking distance from various restaurants and shopping area.
Was a great decision to stay while taking trains to Cinque Terre towns.
The beda were comfy and room was comfortable enough for the full family.

Pros:

Ubicación perfecta frente a la estación de tren si tu idea es visitar Cinque Terre. El hotel estaba súper limpio. La habitación muy cómoda. El baño parecía nuevo. Y el personal en todo momento fue muy amable. Me permitieron dejar el equipaje para poder aprovechar al máximo el día. Volví a las 10 de la noche y no hubo problema.

Pros:

Localização mesmo em frente à estação de comboios.
O quarto individual era pequeno mas mais que suficiente para mim. Com ar condicionado.
Fornecem uns chinelos de quarto descartáveis que achei um ótimo detalhe.

Cons:

Ouvia-se o barulho lá de fora mas não o suficiente para me fazer acordar.
Senti apenas falta de um candeeiro na mesa de cabeceira, de resto tudo ótimo.

Kind staff and excellent location
Pros:

Kindness of the staff and excellent location if moving by train. It is just in front of the station and also 10 mins walking to historical center, port, market and main highlights. They offer to storage our luggage for free. If you are using the train, use the station' elevator just in front of the hotel to avoid high stairs.

Ubicación inmejorable para una noche
Pros:

La ubicación es inmejorable si planeas hacer el paseo de Cinque Terre, literal cruzas la calle y estás en la estación de tren.

Cons:

La cama súper incómoda y la ducha muy chica, difícil bañarse sin pegarse contra la mampara, para una noche está ok, no más que eso.

Hotel muy confortable y con muy buen servicio con una ubicación privilegiada.
Pros:

Exclente ubicación, frente a la estación de trenes de La Spezia. Muy conveniente si vas a viajar por varios dias a Cinque Terre.
Desayuno excepcional y servicio muy amable y cortez. Consejos para visitar lugares y restaurantes de la ciudad..

Gute Lage - Zimmer und Bad haben Luft nach oben!
Pros:

Nähe zum Bahnhof von La Spezia, direkt auf der anderen Straßenseite. Sehr gut für Unternehmungen ins Cinque Terre.
Zimmer zum ruhigen Innenhof.
Personal sehr bemüht, aber leider teilweise ohne jegliche Englisch-Kenntnisse.
24h-Rezeption und Gepäckaufbewahrung.
Täglicher Zimmerservice.

Cons:

Dusche sehr klein. Wasserstrahl schwach. Duschtüren locker. Seifenspender verschimmelt.
Sehr schlecht geputzt. Meine Vorgängerin musste lange schwarze Haare gehabt haben, die im ganzen Bad zu finden waren. Mehrere Haare auf der Klobrille, die vermutlich beim Putzen mit dem Lappen verteilt wurden.
Sehr harte Matratze.
Ausstattung/Mobiliar recht alt.
Zimmer sehr hellhörig. Man hört jegliche Gespräche vom Gang und von den Nachbarzimmern. Türschließer sehr streng, deshalb hört man auch ständig zuknallende Türen.
Sehr kleiner Aufzug.
