La posizione è ottima per chi ha bisogno della Stazione; perché è proprio di fronte alla Stazione Centrale di La Spezia. Lo staff è gentilissimo. Tengono il bagaglio fino alle 20:00 di sera, anche dopo il ceck out e ho trovato questa cosa molto comoda.
La camera e il bagno erano molto grandi e la biancheria pulita.

Cons:

Quando sono arrivata la camera era molto fredda per via dell'aria condizionata che era accesa; ma ho facilmente risolto aprendo le finestre.

Pros:

Localização bem próximo a estação e centro da cidade, funcionários em geral simpáticos e dedicados

Cons:

Banheiro apertado, casa de banho minúscula, mal consegue tomar um banho, elevador pequeno e sem ventilação, colchão muito ruim com deformações.

Muss nicht sein, absolute Notlösung für Motorradfahrer
Pros:

Abgesehen von der Entfernung der Garage für mein Motorrad, wenigstens eine abgeschlossene Garage

Cons:

Extrem einfach, keine Parkplätze, keine Haltemöglichkeit vor dem Hotel.
