C’est un 10/10 n’hésitez pas à vous rendre dans cet hôtel italien ! Vous serez enchantés !
Pros:

Le personnel est particulièrement très accueillant, parle très bien le français et prend du temps pour nous expliquer les possibilités pour visiter les 5 terres, où se restaurer… l’histoire de cet hôtel de famille qui perdure depuis 1921.
Le parking sécurisé et la proximité de l’arrêt de bus et des 5 terres est non négligeable.
Le petit déjeuner est remarquable servi par l’épouse du patron et une employée très accueillantes toutes les deux. Le choix des produits est conséquent et excellent !

Cons:

Du fait de son ancienneté, le bâtiment n’est pas insonorisé donc très bruyant mais il faudrait tout refaire pour palier à ceci donc il faut juste faire le moins de bruit possible mais toute le monde n’est pas forcément à l’ecoute des consignes, c’est le seul point négatif mais indépendant du personnel.

Tous le personnel est à l'écoute ,disponible et pleins de bons conseils et le tout dans un français parfait
L'hôtel est très bien situé ,au calme avec à proximité restaurant et pizzéria afin d'évité de ce déplacer pour diner
Le parking pour voitures est parfait et sécurisé

Agréable séjour de 3 nuits à l'hotel Nella à La Spezia. Merci
Pros:

Bel accueil et personnel très disponible. Chambre eco. propre et petit déjeuner copieux et bon. Parking devant l'établissement ou en face (avec barrière) réservé à l'établissement, très appréciable. Bon restaurant "La Gira", proche de l'Hotel.

Cons:

Impossible d'ouvrir la porte de la petite salle de bain en entier, le chevet bloquant son ouverture avec un passage restreint et petite salle de bain avec WC utilisable par 1 seule personne à la fois, dommage.

La posizione è un po' defilata ma in 10 minuti di macchina si arriva in centro La Spezia (non consigliabile se si è senza auto)

Cons:

3개월 전에 예약 했는데 제일 끝 방을 배정 받음
구조가 평면이 아니라 침대 하나는 헤드도 없었다

가장 중요한건 제일 끝방이라 하루종일 해를 받아 방이 너무 달구어져 너무 더운데 에어컨을 미리 ON 안해 놓아서 저녁내내 더운데
에어컨도 너무 약해 힘들었다
냉장고는 전원 코드를 빼놓아 그 기능을 하기 까지 차가운 물도 마실수 없었다

아쉬운점은 3개월 전에 예약 했는데 끝방이라 가장 더운 방이면 최소한 오후에 에어컨과 냉장고는 ON 을 해놓는 배려심이 필요 하다고 생각된다
