Hotel, très bien, vu sur la baie magnifique, au lever du soleil, petit déjeuner et personnel. Super bien.

Es hat uns im ganzen gut gefallen.
Pros:

Die Lage direkt am Hafen fand ich sehr schön. Das Zimmer war zwar klein aber okay. Allerdings muss man von hier Ausflüge machen, weil das Städtchen selber bietet wenig.

Cons:

Es dürfte noch etwas mehr Liegestühle haben am Pool und dafür weniger Tische.
Das Frühstück drinnen hat mir nicht gefallen. Das Personal beim Frühstück ist freundlich.

Le valutazioni sono in eccesso:
5 stelle per la posizione; per la piscina;per la pulizia; pe per i servizi
4 stelle per il ristorante le cui preparazioni non sono all’altezza della fama ma si mangia al centro di un palcoscenico mozzafiato e questo innalza la valutazione.
C’è da dire che se si prenota con una nota app, si avrà diritto ad uno sconto del 20%.
Lo stesso trattamento non è riservato ai clienti dell’Hotel e la cosa non mi ha entusiasmato.
3 stelle per i bagno pulito ma piccolissimo.
Nella stessa si percepisce un continuo rumore di porte che sbattono.

Cons:

1 stella per l’empatia dimostrata dai responsabili quando gli è stato fatto presente che insieme alle asciugamani dell’Hotel era stato portato via anche un telo cui mia moglie era molta affezionato.
In primo luogo, non hanno ritenuto di dover chiedere scusa, non hanno cercato il telo segnalato né lo hanno ricomprato.
Era un telo ma poteva essere un gioiello, un orologio, un documento, un cappello etc etc.
Ho girato il mondo ed è una cosa che non mi era mai successa.

Sentirsi coccolati come a casa.
Pros:

Struttura pulita e confortevole, si trova nella vicina frazione di Le grazie di Portovenere. Ottima la piscina, abbondante e varia la colazione. C’è il ristorante della baia annesso all’hotel sicuramente meritevole di una visita. Menzione speciale per lo staff in particolare Stefania, sempre pronta ad aiutare clienti.

Cons:

Non dispone di un posteggio, ma questo è abbastanza comune nella regione e lasciare la macchina non è sempre agevole se non negli stalli Blu.

Calm, nice view, great pool, pleasant restaurant settings and service
Pros:

We loved the pool and especially the evening restaurant along the Port. A special mention to Giovanni who took care of us perfectly and very professionally.

Cons:

The size of the room for its price. The location, not much to do in La Grazie at night. Our room had a lovely front sea view but a bit tiny especially in the bathroom.

Simple hotel with lovely views, pool could be amazing with some small tweaks like towels and friendly bar
Pros:

Lovely secluded spot near to Porto Venere, convenient if you have a car (only on street parking available). It was spotlessly clean if a little dated, but pool, nice views from the balcony and generally interested staff willing to assist (if you ask).

Cons:

Pool towels should be offered for guests really and a more proactive welcome about how to get drinks / food. Everything in the little local town was shut from 1-5pm and so options were limited. Day out on the boat would be the best possible option if you have no car.

Super séjour en Italie à portovenere
Pros:

La vue est incroyable, le personnel est vraiment au top du top , la chambre très bien aussi, je dirais que le repas du soir à été un peu décevant le petit dej rien à dire ✨

E’ stato un week end rilassante
Pros:

La posizione tranquilla fronte mare, la possibilità’ di portare la mia cagnolina nell’area piscina e area ristoro .
Personale cortese .

Cons:

Difficoltà di trovare parcheggio .

Personale molto cordiale; colazione valida; cena servita sul molo; piscina utilissima per relax serale; pulizia accurata delle camere; piccolo balcone della stanza singola, una rarità

Cons:

Niente da eccepire: forse la WiFi con copertura non eccellente.
Se viaggiate con i mezzi pubblici, la frazione de Le Grazie è ben collegata ogni 15 minuti con Portovenere e con La Spezia con i bus P e 11, la fermata più vicina all’albergo è “Battisti/vista Porticciolo” e poi c’è una scalinata per arrivare al molo

I think, being English, we could have done with a bit more info as to all facilities at the hotel. We weren't sure when the bar opened, for example.
