Only the view from the room. All the rest was only passable.
First of all, the property is truly dated - design, furniture, towels. The hotel sits on a steep hill across from the sea shore. There is an elevator to help one get down to the beach level but then you have to walk around to reach a pedestrian crossing over a busy national road. The general feeling we've had could be summed up by the word "unfriendly" or "careless". The breakfast was adequate except for coffee.

Il box doccia troppo piccolo e il balcone condiviso perché non permetteva di lasciare le tende aperte.
Tolle Lage direkt beim Strand, Zugang mit Lift sehr bequem. Das Zimmer (neues Gebäude) funktionell und gute Grösse. Gute Parkierungsmöglichkeiten.
Die Vorfahrt für das Checkin ist gleichzeitig auch ein Parkplatz. Das ist sehr schlecht gelöst, wenn man Pech hat, ist man nach dem Checkin durch Neuangekommene gesperrt und kann nicht wegfahren. Wir mussten ein Stunde (keine Übertreibung) warten. Das muss das Hotel anders lösen, für ein 4* Hotel ist das sehr schlecht!!!
Der Preis für das Zimmer ist für ein 4* Hotel eher hoch, da es sonst kein Service bietet. Es hat zwar z.B. ein Pool, aber nicht mal ein Automat um ein Wasser usw. zu kaufen. Das Frühstück ist eher teuer.

Non ho scelto la camera vista mare perchè il soggiorno brevissimo ed in camera pochissimo ma dalla sala colazione c'è una vista stupenda, una splendida piscina e tutto è stato davvero molto piacevole. c'è persino un'ascensore per scendere dalla struttura al mare, spettacolare !
devono dare 1 set per l'igiene personale a testa, un solo campione non basta per due persone. abbiamo fatto fatica farlo bastare per la doccia serale, se avessimo voluto lavarci anche la mattina non sarebbe stato possibile

l'accesso alla spiaggia un po' tortuoso visto l'attraversamento della strada Aurelia ( x persone anziani)
