My hotel of choice in Napoli for many years
Pros:

The room are gorgeous and spacious and so is the rest of the building. Mine had a view on the harbour and castle. The staff are lovely and the complimentary box of sfogliatelle is such a nice touch! Terrace has a wonderful view on mount Vesuvio and its bar serves lovely cocktails and coffe

Die doch schon sehr altmodische Zimmereinrichtung, die Aircondition schaffte es nicht, meine Suite zu kühlen(!)

Very excellent!
Pros:

I liked the friendliness of the staff in this hotel. Especially I am very grateful for the help of the concierge (It was my first time when I could have such experience) and also other employees at the reception desk, especially Veronica was very kind and helpful and could explain me how can I get the city centre and other places which I had planned to visit in Naples.
My room was very big and clean with an excellent sea view and a very comfortable bed and soundproof walls.
The breakfast was very delicious and diverse with a lot of kinds of local food.

Cons:

I didn't like the service during my breakfast - when I decided to sit at some particular table which wasn't prepared - there wasn't a spoon, a fork and a knife so the staff told me to choose another table, but after I'd told them that I would like to seat at that table they accepted my wish to eat at that table
