Magic
Pros:

The hotel is absolutely beautiful, located in a very nice area. The staff couldn’t be warmer and friendly. Amazing service and they really do take care. Sometimes they did things proactively without being asked. They made our stay absolutely fantastic. Marco and Gemma are super star and Gaspare the bar tender is magic.

A true home away from home. Un luogo dove sentirsi accolti fin dal primo momento. Grazie a Marco e a tutto il team della reception per la straordinaria ospitalità e a Gaetano per il servizio eccellente al ristorante.

La struttura offre tutto ciò che si può desiderare: camere confortevoli e di qualità, una splendida piscina per rilassarsi, spazi ideali per lavorare da remoto e un’ottima colazione per iniziare la giornata.

La posizione a Fuorigrotta è un ulteriore punto di forza: perfetta sia per rilassarsi prima o dopo un evento presso lo Stadio Diego Armando Maradona, sia come base per esplorare alcune delle zone più belle di Napoli. In pochi minuti di auto si raggiungono Posillipo e il Parco Virgiliano, da cui si possono ammirare splendidi panorami sul Golfo di Napoli, con viste su Ischia, Procida e Capri.

Un soggiorno che unisce comfort, tranquillità, ottimi servizi e una posizione strategica. Consigliatissimo.

Molto positivo
Pros:

Personale davvero eccellente: gentile, disponibile e sempre attento alle esigenze degli ospiti. Anche la struttura è molto bella, curata e accogliente. Punto di forza dell’hotel è sicuramente il personale. La piscina all’ottavo piano bellissima. Anche se siamo arrivati in anticipo, ci hanno dato la possibilità di usufruire della piscina in attesa di fare il check in.

Cons:

L’unica nota negativa riguarda la pizza ordinata in piscina al costo di 20€ , con una qualità non all’altezza del prezzo richiesto , aveva l’aspetto di una base pizza surgelata. Peccato, perché per il resto l’esperienza è stata molto positiva.

Piaciuto tutto nella sua complessità, personale qualificato, oltre che gentile e disponibile , in particolare il signor Marco, il signor Luigi, ma tutti preparati e cordiali. Struttura moderna ma completa di tutto, conto di ritornarci, è stata una bella esperienza.

Top Hotel in Napoli !!
Pros:

Alles ist top !!! Ich bin schon zum 3. Mal dort. Es ist ruhiger und in der Nähe schöne Cafés und Restaurants. Mir ist Napoli zu anstrengend. Dort ist es wunderschön.

Cons:

Nichts hat mir nicht gefallen.
