Pros:

The location is perfect to take a boat trip to Positano, Amalfi and Ravello. The port where the boat leaves is just 2 min walk.
The room was nice and clean, perfect sea view. The staff was very helpful and kind.

The hotel has a great location with nice views. There are good local restaurants nearby, and the pool is a nice place to relax. The staff were friendly.

Cons:

There were not enough sunbeds around the pool, especially during busy times. The breakfast had limited options, and after five days it became a bit repetitive. A little more variety each morning would have made the stay even better.

A nice location with a great view, however staff were inconsistently hospitable
Pros:

Very welcoming and helpful reception, gives lots of recommendations and information about the area. Nice location as long as you plan for getting the bus, the walk from Massa Lubrense is very steep.

Cons:

Ants throughout the bathroom and a relatively small room and bathroom. The (many) breakfast staff appeared uninterested and judgemental.
