Hotel Capri

The hotel pictures do not do this justice. The hotel is so clean and tidy, the staff were immaculately dressed. They were so friendly and helpful. Gave recommendations when needed. Had fresh towels every day. Brilliant location into the centre of Sorrento. Booked us taxis when needed. Couldn’t recommend the hotel enough. Also as someone who’s Gluten Free they had a few options on display and then had a bread roll/croissant if I wanted.

The hotel is wonderfully located in the heart of sorrento only minutes from
The main piazza. The hotel is beautiful furnished and offers a calm excellence. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The room was small but perfectly adequate. Breakfast was really lovely in a great calm setting. I would highly recommend this lovely hotel as a base to stay in the beautiful Sorrento.

We stayed in Hotel Capri, Sorrento for one week in May. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel welcome. The hotel was exceptionally clean and all staff were very friendly. Breakfast was amazing with so much choice of both warm and cold choices. Theresa the hotel manager went out of her way to speak to everyone whenever she could and was always ready to help if needed. The hotel was in a perfect location to access all of Sorrento on foot. It is situated on a busy road so we would advise that if you are booking a room you choose one overlooking the pool, with a balcony. One tiny suggestion would be that the hotel provide a price list for the items available in each room’s fridge.
A thoroughly enjoyable week spent at the Hotel Capri which we highly recommend. Thank you to everyone.

This is a lovely boutique hotel, very well decorated and clean. The breakfast is excellent and the staff very helpful and friendly. It’s in an ideal location, close to the railway station and a short walk to the town center. It makes an ideal base for exploring the area i.e. Amalfi Coast, Pompei, Naples etc. It has a small pool and garden area where you can relax for a while. The adjacent church bells ring out early in the morning, but it never really bothered us that much.

We had a four day stay at Hotel Capri in Sorrento. The hotel manager Teresa was fantastic and helpful in every way.
Teresa recommended an 8 hour tour of the Amalfi coast and it was amazing.
The breakfast staff were very friendly and helpful every morning.
Teresa thank you for your friendly nature which made our stay memorable.

The hotel had excellent service with lovely decor so relaxing with friendly staff always helpful and a massive breakfast selection facing the lovely pool. It's location is walking distance of all the restaurants and bars in centre of Sorrento just want we wanted for lovely holiday Neil & Sue 😎

This hotel has a great vibe and a definite calming effect,the decor is stylish, and the place is nipping clean. We arrived on 1st may to find a personal message from Teresa welcoming us to the hotel and wishing us a good holiday. Breakfast was great with so much choice and there was always a relaxed atmosphere in the dining area . Staff were very friendly and helpful .Room 115 was a corner room overlooking the pool and the lemon Grove and was fine for our needs,however a little more storage in the way of some drawers would have been a welcome addition. We won't hesitate to return to this hotel when we next visited sorrento

We visited for a week in April 26. The hotel is gorgeous with a perfect location, close to the centre of Sorrento. The decor is gorgeous. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The pool area is clean and well maintained. We enjoyed the breakfast options every morning. The staff were all lovely and helpful. We had a great night sleep with no noise level issues. We loved the hotel and would happily return in the future.

Mother and son was arriving Sorrento for the first time, and we fell in love in this beautiful city. We stayed in hotel Capri for three days, an excellent hotel near the buss and trainstation. The hotel was shining and clean and the room had all you need and then some. The breakfast buffet was amazing,
and the staff were so nice and helpful. Special thanks to Theresa for great hospitality.

Lovely Hotel staff friendly and helpful. Great choice of food for breakfast. The hotel situated in a good location. Rooms are small but we did thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We stayed at the Capri for 10 days. The hotel itself is lovely and the breakfast has a wide selection of continental breakfast plus an omelette station which is very good.
The room we stayed in 117 was small but fine. But Be aware if you are not staying pool side there is a church behind with bells going off 7.30 every morning and traffic noise.
Which is not the hotels but be aware. Our room was very warm we asked to get the temperature turned down but the air con didn't seem to work probably and be careful in the shower the bath is very slippy. Overall a decent hotel with helpful staff but be aware of the taxes and mini bar charges . But would probably stay there again as it is quite but would stay poolside next time.

An amazing hotel. Perfect location, one of the best breakfasts I have ever had and the staff were so friendly. Would highly recommend this hotel. The only slight downside is the noise from the road side but I think that is just standard Italy. Thanks for a wonderful stay.
