This was the trip of a lifetime and Hotel Buca Di Bacco was one of the highlights.
Pros:

Our room had a balcony with a table and 2 chairs, also 2 deck chairs. The view was incredible. The room rate included breakfast which was a buffet with everything you could possibly imagine, very well worth it. Every single member of staff throughout our stay was amazing and catered to our every need. They felt like family by the end of our stay. The hotel is perfectly situated for access to the beach, shopping and ferries.

Lovely hotel and staff! We would definitely stay here time and again.
Pros:

We loved everything! The location was perfect, the staff was phenomenal, the room was gorgeous! Giuseppe in the Bar was a fantastic host!

Beautiful location and great area to be in take the cooking class the restaurant offers is so much fun
Pros:

The property is in a great location. Getting to it is a bit of a hassle but normal for that area. Definitely pay a porter to help with luggage - there are tons of steps and alleys to get to it since it’s in the center of everything

In short, it was absolutely wonderful.
Pros:

First of all, the location is excellent. After getting off the ferry, I was able to easily walk to the hotel with my suitcase without needing anyone's help. It was also wonderful being so close to the beach.

The room was spacious, and the view was absolutely stunning. I actually enjoyed staying in the room more than going out sightseeing. Although the price is quite high, the experience and level of service make it well worth it.

If I visit Positano again, I would definitely stay for at least two nights next time. The restaurant downstairs was also fantastic—the food was delicious, and the service was excellent.
