景色！苦しんで辛い階段を登ってきたからこそ、窓を開けたときのポジターノらしさ満点の景色は、あぁ来てよかったなと思ったポイントでした。
到着時：
到着した際、ものすごい階段を登ってきたので疲れ果てて、汗だくでした。
（ポジターノだから仕方がないが、荷物もあって正直辛かった！）
階段を登っていく途中でペットボトルの水は飲み切ってしまったので
せめて冷たい氷の入ったウェルカムドリンクを出してくれたらよかったのに。
水を一杯くださいと言ったら、部屋の有料のお水を飲んでくださいと言われ、何も飲まないまま部屋に連れていかれ、がっかりしました。（ちなみに会計時に９ユーロの請求がありました）
尚、部屋に着いたら、クーラーのスイッチもついていませんでした。
私がオーナーだったらお客さんのためにお部屋を冷やしておいてあげるのになと思いました。。。
朝食：
食事は出来合いのものが並べられている印象で温かさやフレッシュさを感じるメニューが少なく、私には物足りなかった。必要最低限という印象。その中でももう少し工夫できることがあるのではないでしょうか。（料理をする人ならわかると思うのですが…）
施設：
浴室は築年数の経った建物だから仕方ないとはいえ、鏡に黒い影のようなスポットがいくつかあり、若干古さを感じた。
トイレも設備としては古いです。
日本は便座があるの座った瞬間、冷たい！と感じることはないですが、古い便座でウォシュレットもないです。
そのあたりも、この値段でこの設備？と感じてしまいました。
尚、プールはありません。
布団：
掛け布団はうすーい布一枚？？
夏だから？よくわからなかったのですが、それで一晩過ごしました。
クローゼットには毛玉だらけの毛布がおいてあり、触りたくなかったです…
私がまだ大学生だったらこのホテルを楽しめたのかもしれない。
でも、もう充分な大人である今、このホテルをセレクトした私が間違えだったのかもしれない。
つまり、宿泊者の人生のステージに応じて、このホテルの感じ方は変わるのだと思います。
C’est tout simplement magnifique, l’endroit est superbe et trop bien positionné.
Il faut monter beaucoup de marche avant d’atteindre l’hôtel, mais une fois arrivée et que vous vous retrouver sur le balcon de votre chambre avec devant vous la meilleure vue sur Positano, vous oubliez la fatigue, c’est un moment magique.
Our experience at the rooftop bar was simply amazing! The location, atmosphere and the staff all blend perfectly together to create an experience that me and my friend will never forget. I would like to give a special shoutout to Alessio who was the most kind and attentive waiter that we could ask for. He truly made us feel welcome and so we will definitely be back!

The view, the drinks, the staff! Amazing!!!
This hotel has a perfect view of both the town and the water (we booked the room with the view). The hotel is also in a reasonable location with not too many stairs to the beach. The staff were very kind, helpful and always available. We definitely felt we got our moneys worth here, the only negative is that we didn’t stay longer. Would definitely recommend if coming to Positano.
Very spacious rooms, a true luxurious stay!
Staff in general were so lovely - gave us tips on beaches, getting around, etc. and one helped me lift my back up the initial few steps. Very grateful.
We went to the rooftop bar, great cocktails and the head chef was a vibe and super friendly!! Made us coffees the next morning too! It’s true that people can make or break a place and he is a true asset!

Absolutely amazing experience from the kindness of staff and beautiful accommodations I will always stay here when in Positano! The room was very spacious and clean! The air conditioning was the equivalent to American standards for very cold! Breakfast is so good and you can’t beat the view when eating looking at the coast! I also received help booking a private car to go to Napoli Afragola from staff which was fabulous! Thank you for taking care of this Kentucky couple! We will be back!
