Memorable, stunning views, great location, friendly staff
Pros:

The location is perfect. Away from the crowds, yet not too far up by walking.

Cons:

Would be great if the pool is a real infinity pool, not quite. Also having a gym would be nice.

We had an amazing stay, with Concierge Paolo the shining star
Pros:

The amazing concierge Paolo was unquestionably the best thing about the hotel, which itself was incredible. Paolo's enthusiasm for helping us find the best places to eat, the places to visit, and for arranging all the travel arrangements and bookings was unwavering and he made our stay so much better thanks to hos advice and help.

Cons:

A minor gripe but for such an exclusive and expensive hotel we were disappointed that we weren't supplied a gratis bottle of water each day, which is pretty standard for most hotels 4 star and up.

The music playlist in the cocktail bar was a bit odd with quite heavy American rap being played each night when maybe something a bit more relaxing - like Ibiza chill out music - would have been a better vibe?

Trully fulfilling experience. What a holiday means to us
Pros:

Amazing location and staff. The room and hotel premises were clean, nice, well taken care of. The fact that it had its own private exit to the beach with sunbeds was a plus for us and the reason we chose the location.

Don’t think twice! Worth every penny
Pros:

Location, location, location!!! Most beautiful views of Positano. Hotel is located right on the beach, yet there are many stairs to go down there.. we counted a little less than 300 ;))
The staff are amazing, in particular Paulo that was our right hand from the min we walked in! Gave us the best tips and top restaurants in the area! I also needed a charger for my phone and he was kind enough to land me one till the rest of the stay. Amazing breakfast! Great restaurant with spectacular views! One more important thing is the parking lot! If you come with your car you have one less thing to worry about!
Highly recommend this hotel!

Cons:

The small shower and tiny sink.. but I’d still book this hotel since we spent 95% of the time outside of the room

One of the most memorable stays we’ve ever had
Pros:

Of course, the breathtaking views, private beach, infinity pool and sunshine of Positano made our stay unforgettable, but what truly set this hotel apart was its exceptional staff.

I honestly don’t have enough words to describe how warm, attentive, and genuinely friendly everyone was throughout our stay. We felt truly welcomed and cared for every single day.

A special thank you goes to the restaurant managers, the beach staff member, and of course Paolo. Paolo was exceptionally kind to us and went above and beyond in helping with restaurant recommendations and reservations. This hotel will always be associated with him in our memories.

Thank you all for delivering such an outstanding level of service. The hospitality, professionalism, and personal attention were truly world-class. We can’t wait to come back.

Cons:

Our room was located near the bar, which became quite noisy during a wedding event held at the hotel.
It would also be great to have an iron available in the room, as only a steamer was provided.
