Great views from out room but the rest let the place down

No coffee machine or coffee or a kettle to boil any water. The pools look dirty and the place was a little tired. They had strict rules at breakfast as you had to sit at the table that matched your room number and the coffee was unpleasant

die Lage ist schön, die Terrasse zum Zimmer war richtig schön. Blick auf das Meer und der Sonnenuntergang - einmalig. das Personal sehr freundlich! Der Pool und der Thermenpool waren sehr schön! allerdings war der Thermenpool einige Tage leer. Dann wurde aufgefüllt aber die Technik für die Sprudelanlage und Massageanwendungen waren nur bescheiden in Betrieb

Ja, da muss ich leider auf das Frühstück und die Essensangebote eingehen. Wir waren gern dort. Die Steinküste hat mich nur bedingt geärgert weil 200 m weiter ein toller Sandstrand war. 2 Lokale konnten den Essensfrust ausgleichen. aber schrecklich war der Kaffee. Wenn ich ehrlich bin ungenießbar. An jeder Raststätte bekomme ich einen guten Kaffee - mit Milchschaum der nicht nach 2 Minuten hässlich zusammenfällt. Die Optik des Kaffees allein war schon schlimm. Ich bin seit 40 Jahren Italienreisende. Ich weiß, wie ein Kaffee schmecken kann. Netterweise hat mir dann auf einen Tipp hin, der Mätre extra Kaffee aus einer anderen Maschine serviert. Aber ehrlich? Der war nur bedingt besser. Aber ich wollte die Stimmung nicht ganz auf den Null-Punkt fahren. Die großen Hotels scheinen jetzt diese Sparmöglichkeit entdeckt zu haben, vielleicht Personalmangel... Vollautomaten in die Frühstückbars zu stellen. Das Problem melden viele Reisende. Ich hatte meinem Mann Müsli mit warmer Milch aus dem Automaten geholt. Er ist wirklich grundbescheiden. Aber das konnte er nicht essen! Gern zahle ich 10 Euro zusätzlich für ein echtes Frühstück mit gutem Schinken und richtigem Käse und wertiger Salami... gut. Es war so wie es war, lohnt sich nicht mehr sich zu ärgern. Aber ich denke, so ein Hotel sollte wissen, dass es nicht nur mein Eindruck war.

Perfetto per un soggiorno tranquillo
Pros:

Nel complesso è stata un’esperienza positiva, soprattutto grazie al personale: gentilissimo, disponibile e simpatico. Un’accoglienza davvero speciale, che da sola invoglia a tornare.

Abbiamo apprezzato lo spirito della cucina e l’impegno dello chef, anche se riteniamo ci sia ancora da lavorare.

La camera era confortevole, ma l’arredamento appariva un po’ datato e la manutenzione non sempre all’altezza della categoria dell’hotel.

Il soggiorno è stato reso piacevole dalla gentilezza e dalla disponibilità del personale, che merita una menzione speciale.

Cons:

Per quanto riguarda i servizi, ci aspettavamo qualcosa in più, soprattutto per quanto riguarda il mare.

Settimana perfetta a Forio
Pros:

Soggiorno fantastico in mezza pensione: cibo squisito e vario, sia a colazione che a cena. Il personale è il vero valore aggiunto: incredibilmente gentile, premuroso e sempre disponibile.
​Struttura ottima con piscine e comodo accesso diretto al mare tramite piattaforma. La posizione è ideale per chi cerca tranquillità fuori dal caos, ma con il porto raggiungibile in soli 15 minuti a piedi.
​Consigliatissimo per relax, ottimo cibo e un'ospitalità impeccabile

TRA RELAX E MARE, UN SOGGIORNO PERFETTO

Il vero punto di forza dell'hotel è senza dubbio tutto lo staff, il personale della hall per la costante disponibilità e il personale di sala del ristorante per la straordinaria gentilezza. Tutti sono stati incredibilmente accorti, sempre con il sorriso, pronti a soddisfare ogni nostra richiesta e a farci sentire coccolati dal primo all'ultimo giorno.
​Abbiamo usufruito del servizio di mezza pensione e siamo rimasti entusiasti della ristorazione. La colazione è ricca e varia, perfetta sia per chi ama il dolce sia per chi preferisce il salato. Anche la cena ci ha sorpreso ogni sera: ampia scelta di piatti, qualità eccellente e cibo davvero buonissimo!
​La struttura offre ottimi servizi per il relax: dispone di due bellissime e ampie piscine all'aperto e una al coperto e ha un accesso diretto al mare tramite una piattaforma (a pagamento) comodissima per tuffarsi in totale tranquillità.
​L'hotel ha una posizione ideale, si trova a Forio ma defilato dal caos del centro, il che lo rende perfetto per chi cerca una vacanza all'insegna del relax e della tranquillità. Al tempo stesso, per chi ama camminare o per i più giovani, il porto di Forio è facilmente raggiungibile a piedi con una piacevole passeggiata di circa 15 minuti.
​Consigliatissimo a chiunque desideri una vacanza confortevole, con cibo ottimo e un servizio impeccabile. Ci torneremo sicuramente :)

Quiétude au soleil les yeux dans la mer.
Pros:

En premier lieu, c’est l’emplacement en bord de mer, avec une magnifique terrasse donnant directement sur la mer, qui m’a fait choisir l’hôtel.
J’y suis venu une première année, et je suis tombé sous le charme de cet hôtel hors du temps, magnifiquement décoré et doté de piscines d’un bleu azur. Mais ce qui m’a fait y retourner, c’est la gentillesse du personnel qui, en toute circonstance, est souriant et disponible pour répondre à toutes vos demandes. Enfin, le patio de l’hôtel est un endroit où l’on apprécie de rester au milieu des Olivier et des parterres fleuris. Sans aucun doute j’y retournerai 😊
