Jolie adresse à Florence !
Pros:

Bel hôtel avec du charme. Chambre et services impeccables. Petit déjeuner inclus très complet et varié. A quelques minutes de la gare Santa Maria Novella. Jolie promenade le long de l'Arno pour arriver en centre ville.

Great experience, would highly recommend!
Pros:

Only a 10 minute walk from the train station and very easily walkable into town with multiple shops and restaurants nearby - Hotel executive provides luxury rooms and luxury service at a reasonable price point. Would definitely recommend!

Gibt wenig zu meckern. Sehr freundliches Personal, gut geführtes Haus, aus unserer Sicht gute Lage.

Cons:

Das Frühstück ist nur ok (Kaffee ist sehr gut). Die Fotos der Deluxe Zimmer sind etwas beschönigend. Unseres hatte weder ein kleines Tischchen, wo man sich zu zweit hätte hinsetzen können, noch hatte es einen Garten o.ä. Zwar gab es einen größeren Tisch, doch der ersetzte auf einer Bettseite das Nachtkästchen. Evtl müsste man das bei der Reservierung als Wunsch angeben, wenn so etwas wichtig sein sollte.

Very lovely people, nice spot, clean and comfy.
Pros:

The staff were all wonderful, people at the check-in even helped with my luggage, and staff in the dining area was very attentive to everything. Everyone's English was also very good and they were so helpful with all my questions. Everything was clean and pretty, food was yummy, would love to go back here someday.

Cons:

My phone signal was a bit weak, but hotel wifi is excellent, so i just used that.
