Pros:

The front desk staff anticipated our needs and proactively offered solutions. They also offered outstanding restaurant suggestions, which we greatly appreciated. The morning breakfast spread was extensive and delicious.

Very helpful and friendly staff, who kindly accommodated an early check in and gave useful recommendations. Good, convenient breakfast that accommodated different tastes and needs. Close to train station and the Arno.

Cons:

We were in two rooms, and one room had no windows at eye level. This meant the room was dark and cave-like. Fine for napping but far from ideal the rest of the time

Adequate, but our room 411 was disappointing.
Pros:

The location was perfect. Only a short walk from the railway station.
The breakfast was more than adequate.

Cons:

The room we were allocated felt like it was in the attic. It had windows but were situated high up and certainly too high to see out of. This was disappointing as the room price was expensive.

We had a wonderful stay and will do it again on our next visit.
Pros:

We had a lovely room and the staff was courteous and helpful, they called a taxi for us a few times and the apertivo was very nice in the afternoon.

Das perfekte Hotel für einen Florenz Aufenthalt
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist ideal, um die Stadt zu entdecken. Alles ist zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut, alles vorhanden was man zur Stärkung braucht. Wir sind mit einem kleinen Hund angereist. Haben ein sehr ruhig gelegenes zimmer bekommen. Zudem auch eine kleine Box für den Hund mit Produkten für die Pfotenreinigung. Das Personal ist extrem freundlich. Und Riccardo Cacioli der General Manager ist extrem freundlich und beantwortet geduldig alle Fragen. . Wenn ich wieder nach Florenz komme, dann mit Sicherheit wieder in dieses Hotel
