A very pleasant stay
Pros:

I really liked the hotel’s decoration, the friendly and helpful staff, and the wide variety of breakfast options. The hotel is about a 10-minute walk from the train station, but the distance was not a problem. I also appreciated the thoughtful amenities, such as the bathrobe and slippers. On my second day, they even upgraded me to a larger room, which was a lovely surprise. I had a very pleasant stay!

Un choix solide pour visiter Florence
Pros:

La chambre est spacieuse et le lit confortable. Très proche du centre, dans un quartier calme.
La personnel aide pour la réservation des restaurants.
Agence de l'occasion de voiture proche de l'hôtel.

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner n'est pas digne d'un 4 étoiles, encore plus dans un pays comme l'Italie ou la nourriture est un point fort du pays.

Most enjoyable - First class hotel
Pros:

This is by far the best hotel I stayed at. It's the second time and it did not disappoint. It actually exceeded my expectations. A big star for the Manager and a star for all the staff who have the same commitment to give their best. Nothing is a problem. Just ask and they will make the magic. Breakfast is excellent. Tea was nice and hot!! :) The great thing, it's away from the centre hustle and bustle just 8 mins from the Santa Maria Novella station.

Nothing was bad.

Pros:

Rauhallinen, miellyttävä hotelli. Erinomainen aamupala ja mukavat huoneet ja sängyt. Kiva sijainti joen läheisyydessä, läheltä löytyi myös palveluita vaikka sijainti muuten rauhallinen.

Kävelymatka keskustaan ei ollut erityisen pitkä mutta helteellä se otti koville.

The hotel is closer to the station, making it easy to walk there. The room was satisfactory and met my expectations; bonus points for being super clean.
