Best stay in Florence!
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at hotel Principe! The excellent service and recommendations from the staff at the hotel made our days in Florence. Got a wonderful room with balcony overlooking the river where we enjoyed both the sun and the scenic view.
The breakfast was also great, and they had a beautiful garden where you could sit and enjoy it. Can’t complain about a thing.

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt, top Lage
Pros:

Sehr authentisches, älteres Hotel mit sehr freundlichem Personal und reichhaltigem Frühstück.

Cons:

Das Badezimmer ist nicht mehr standardmäßig. Im Vergleich zum Zimmer sehr klein mit regelrechtem Hitzestau - eine Renovierung (unter Beibehaltung des jetzigen Charmes) wäre notwendig.

Exceptional!!! One of the best trips we've ever took!
Pros:

The staff were great and the food was beyond expectations also as are flight was delayed in Gatwick and we had to sleep in Barcelona airport all night before we flew to Florence, they upgraded us from a smaller room to the best room in the hotel.

Cons:

Really nothing could off been done better. The only complaint would be the noise from our neighbours. However the hotel can't control that. Other than that we had a lovely time. 5 STARS HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Pros:

Great location. Great breakfast. Our room was a bit smaller than what we expected given we're there for 4 days. And the bed was a bit worn.
But it's a nice place overall.

Cons:

Worn bed. It's a little bit of a walk to get into the old city but it's not that far. Just have to realize your location.

Pros:

Familiäres Hotel mit wunderschönem Garten und nettem / hilfsbereitem Personal. Ordentliches Frühstück.

Cons:

Die Einzelzimmer sind recht klein, auf der Dachterrasse wäre ein Sonnenschutz schön gewesen.

At home in Florence
Pros:

A lovely hotel, which felt like home. The staff were all very helpful and unfailingly polite. Hardip Kumar, at the reception helped us with recommendations and bookings for dining and transportation.
The breakfast room was a great place to start the day, and the building's decor and presentation was beautiful.
We look forward to our next stay here!

Cons:

We found it difficult to set our room temperature, and should have asked for help with this.

Pros:

We gor a very good stay. The parking in the back of the Hotel is very convenient and just outside of the Limited Traffic Area of Firenze. The team is warm and friendly. The charm of this historical hotel is authentic.We will stay in this Hotel on our next trip !!!
