Pros:

L'emplacement idéal. Proche du centre-ville 1,5 km. Parking assuré, même si c'est payant. Personnel très sympathique et agréable. Petit déjeuner copieux.

Cons:

Le salle de bain est très sommaire. Pas de place de poser la serviette de bain une fois utilisé. WC très bas donc inconfortable. Pour un hôtel 4 étoiles ce n'est pas top.

Beautiful boutique hotel in the heart of Florence- A must stay!
Pros:

From the moment we arrived, Hardip was extremely helpful, recommending somewhere for dinner and where to explore. The hotel was stunning- kept to its original beauty with modern updates. Breakfast was lovely in the garden and the location was right in the heart of Florence but felt like you were out in the countryside. Rooms were spacious and the bed was very comfy. Would definitely stay again!

The staff were very irresponsible and did not respond at all after I checked out. The university halved my booking fee because their untrained staff couldn't change my reservation from two to one at checkout.

Italy in comfort and style!
Pros:

Our stay here at Hotel Principe was a great stay! The rooms are spacious, clean, beds comfortable, and the decor certainly aesthetically pleasing. The entire staf is also very friendly and accommodating, especially Ferdinando who also helped us know what to see when in Florence and some good places to eat. Furthermore they helped make this vacation (what was in honor of my boyfriends’ 30th birthday) just a bit more special with a delicious bottle of prosecco. Let’s just say if we’re ever back in Florence we’ll be staying here and certainly recommend it to people we know. P.s bonus if you get to pet the sweet dog of the owner.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone. I will definitely stay here again.
Pros:

The room was beautiful and clean with the terrace looking over the Arno. The staff is so nice and helpful. Breakfast included a variety of items. I would definitely stay here again.

Śniadania były słabe, jakość, wykończenie hotelu pozostawiało wiele do życzenia. Hotel bardzo stary i wszystko w nim również. Wymaga remontu na już.
