Nous avons écourté notre séjour sans même une proposition de remboursement sur les deux jours qui manquaient...nous avons trouvé un cafard énorme sous le lit et nous avons été changé de chambre mais le lendemain nous sommes partis cela nous a été insupportable. Le Responsable ne nous a reposé aucun geste commercial ni même proposé de nous rembourser les deux jours qu'il nous manquait pour finir notre séjour parce qu'ils avaient encaissé à l'avance ..pour notre part c'est fini les séjours payés à l'avance ! une fois qu'ils ont encaissé ils ne veulent pas les ressortir même pour des causes graves et là en l'occurrence d'insalubrité.
Mise à part ça la chasse d'eau qui marchait une fois sur deux la poire de douche qui vous tombe dessus quand vous vous lavez...

Lovely boutique hotel. Would stay again.
Pros:

Just about everything. Room super nice with terrace patio and view. Quiet neighborhood. Very comfortable and staff very attentive and helpful.

Cons:

My only caution is location. It’s about a 15 minute walk to the center of town. But if you don’t mind walking, or taking a cab as we sis because of the heat, it’s A lovely hotel. Our second stay.

Pros:

We had a wonderful stay and would happily come back. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. What made our visit truly special was the exceptional service from the staff.
