Stay was fine but probably would look elsewhere if we returned
Pros:

Nice location with a view over the river. A short walk into the centre and main tourist area was fine and meant the hotel was quiet at night. Nice rooftop terrace. Staff were helpful and friendly

Cons:

The room didn’t feel ‘deluxe’ and the bathroom was small. Little things like the toilet seat didn’t fit properly, the hot tap was too stiff to turn on, cold constantly dripping meant that the experience wasn’t great.

Was a perfect stay and would definately book there again. Great location
Pros:

Beautiful room with an excellent river view. Spacious and very comfortable bed. Nothing was too much trouble and anything I needed they accommodated.

Personale disponibile, gentilissimo. Colazione eccezionale.

Cons:

Costo un po' elevato per quanto offerto. Camera piccola. Parcheggio auto 30 € a notte.

It was great to be located along the Arno river and near some great local restaurants
Pros:

The staff were excellent!They were courteous and very helpful. Phones in the room to call the front desk.

Cons:

It is an older building and not all rooms have access to the elevator but the staff are willing to carry and delver your bags. There is another hotel along the river nearby with “Lungarno” in the name so make sure you have the correct address for your taxi driver,

A nice stay in Florence!
Pros:

The location along the river was lovely! A bit away from the main area but close enough to walk everywhere. The terrace was a lovely place to watch the sunset. There was no breakfast buffet - rather you order from a menu. Initially I thought this was a negative - but it was really lovely. The options were great!

Cons:

Our room was on the main floor with windows opening to the street. Not ideal! If I stayed here again I would try to make sure not to have a room on the first floor . People were walking by right next to our window. There are lovely views from higher floors.

Beautiful old historic hotel in Florence.
Pros:

The location was ok but a little far from the centre. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The shower and bathroom are large.

Cons:

The bathroom was not cleaned when we arrived. The room was small and hard to maneuver suitcases etc.

Pros:

Todos os funcionários muito simpáticos, inclusive um falava português, o que nos ajudou bastante. Nos possibilitaram o check-in mais cedo também. Instalação maravilhosa, quarto espaçoso, com banheiro grande e itens de higiene pessoal maravilhosos (fiquei apaixonada pelo hidratante). Localização excelente, próxima ao rio que, em uma caminhada gostosa, dá acesso a ponte Vecchio, também próxima de uma das estações de trem.

Ok, but not worth the price of the room.

Boutique Hotel near the Arno, with an amazing view of the river.

Cons:

The room didn’t have a working phone to the front desk or a working coffee maker. There was some question whether the umbrella on the patio could be opened as the one on the main patio could not. When I expressed my frustrations to the front desk, I was met with a defensive answer that the number was listed in the paper on the bed for the front desk. I also booked this room a week in advance, and on the day of, it was significantly lower in price.

Safe, peaceful, and unforgettable views along the Arno River.
Pros:

The hotel was clean, peaceful, and felt very safe thanks to its location next to the U.S. Consulate, where security was always present. The view overlooking the Arno River was absolutely beautiful and made the stay even more special.
