Aufenthalt totao schlecht, kommen nicht wieder!!

Leider gar nichts.

Cons:

Personal total unfreundlich. Frühstücksbuffett sehr schlecht und überschaubar. Hund darf nicht alleine im Zimmer bleiben. Keine Lademöglichkeit für privaten e-Scooter. Hotel und Lage sehr schlecht und entspricht nicht der Beschreibung.
Kein Parkplatz vorhanden, sowie angegeben.
Fahrzeug wurde auch nicht bei ZTL gemeldet, Strafe und Bußgeld folgt nun leider. Keinerlei Information erhalten.

Pros:

O hotel esta a 05 minutos da Duomo e ao lado tem diversos restaurantes, farmacia e mercado. Também esta a 10 minutos da estação de trem e ao lado do mercado central.

Das Hotel Gioia ist sehr gut gelegen für die Erkundung von Florenz. Wir waren mit dem Auto in der Toscana unterwegs. Wir konnten das Auto während der zwei Nächte die wir dort verbracht haben über einen Parkservice abstellen lassen. Hat einwandfrei geklappt. Auch wenn das mit der ZTL und den Fahrverbotsschildern nicht immer ganz klar ist - einfach von der Piazza della Libertà die via Camillo Cavour runter bis zum Hotel und dann an der Reception den Parkservice verlangen.
Das Frühstück war ok, das Personal freundlich.

Situation parfaite, confort à revoir
Pros:

La situation centrale pour accéder à pied au centre-ville et ses monuments.
La possibilité d’opter pour un service de voiturier à la porte de l’hôtel (30€/jour)

Cons:

Les parties communes mal entretenues( murs sales, peintures à refaire,)
Nous avions 3 chambres et dans chacune des problèmes : literie inconfortable, odeurs nauséabondes, pas d’eau chaude, poignée de porte qui reste dans la main…
Le petit déjeuner très moyen.
Le personnel pas très à l’écoute

Konumu tek kelimeyle mükemmel, çalışanların biri hariç hepsi güler yüzlüydü. Kahvaltı 25 dk ve önceden saat istiyorlar.

Konumu çok çok iyi ve puanı da bu nedenle verdim

Cons:

Oda aşırı küçüktü, havalandırma boşluğuna bakan bir odaydı ve camı açmaya zaten çekiniyorsunuz böcek vb girer diye. Ayrıca camı açar açmaz alt kattaki odanın doğrudan yatağını görüyorsunuz.
