Great stay!
Pros:

The location is great, walking distance to the train station and restaurants and attractions.
There is also a grocery store right across the street which is a bonus.
Staff very friendly and helpful, and clean room.

Cons:

The street can be a little noisy during the night. It was not a problem for us but if you have young children that are easily woken up, it is something to keep in mind.

Pros:

Personale molto gentile e accogliente, qualsiasi cosa avete bisogno sono pronti ad aiutarvi. Perfetto se volete visitare il centro di Firenze, siete circa nel mezzo di tutto quanto e se arrivate in treno, lo avete a circa 10 minuti a piedi.

- When we arrived, we were informed that city tax has to be paid by cash ONLY and were told to go retrieve cash from ATM ASAP (incurring a €8 charge) later it transpired that there wete some reception staff that accepted payment by card. Basically it depends whom you find reception staff but eventually the customer suffers.

Maid service - one reception staff said that we have to inform the desk if we wish it to have it ready at a particular time. When we did that, the next guy was rude and told us it doesn’t work that way. TERRIBLE COMMUNICATION BETWEEN THEM!!! Highly unprofessional!!!

Cleaners do not check if we used the cups, or fridge bottles they do not re top the things. How am i going to make coffee without cups if we used them?? Pigamas are left in a wrinkled in the wardrobe!

Our shower was first only cold water coming from it, when we complained only hot water came out! You cannot adjust the temperature its either both extremities!!

Lift opens manually by a door.. in floor 2 it either works or not, when we reported it reception guy said we are the first to report it. Okay so we are crazy than! Had to go back ground floor and make use of the stairs on a couple of occasions.
