Cons:

Instalaciones pequeñas, escaleras para acceder al ascensor. TV antigua, no es smart y no se ven los números en el control remoto por lo usado. Fui en auto, hay que solicitar con tiempo el auto.

Pros:

La struttura è in una posizione perfetta per chi va a Firenze per esplorare la città e passa poco tempo in hotel. A piedi si possono raggiungere la stragrande maggioranza delle attrazioni. Lo staff è gentilissimo e professionale.Le stanze sono pulitissime.

Cons:

Parto dal fatto che avendo solo bisogno del hotel come appoggio per dormire e lavarmi, visto che ero a Firenze per visitarla, l’importante per me è che la struttura fosse pulita e sicura., cosa che ho trovato in questo hotel.L’arredo e le condizioni della stanza sono datate e non ben tenute. La stanza e tutta la biancheria erano perfettamente pulite ma i mobili erano rovinati così come parti del bagno. Per quanto la colazione fosse inclusa lo fatta fuori tutti i giorni. Una mia scelta, ma la come sto notando sempre di più negli hotel italiani il caffè o il cappuccino non lo sanno più fare. Utilizzano queste macchinette che fanno diversi tipi di caffè e sono disgustosi. Anche la varietà del resto per la colazione non era delle migliori.
Nel complesso l’esperienza è stata positiva e lo consiglio per la posizione e professionalità dello staff.

Enjoyed Florence, visited all the main sites. Day trips to Lucca and Siena.
Pros:

Hotel was in a good location, easy walking to major sites. Property was easy to reach from the train station using Tram 2 to San Marco stop, then a short walk to the property. The property does not have a sign so it was difficult to recognize it. Staff was very nice. Breakfast was excellent. Room was small but adequate.

No complaints.
