Staff gentile e disponibile, posizione eccellente, pochi metri dalla stazione ferroviaria, pochi metri dai mezzi pubblici, insomma una posizione strategica eccellente ,

Cons:

Un pochino da rivedere la colazione, e la sistemazione della camera (una rinfrescata non farebbe male) un pochino di illuminazione in più nella camera ( di sera la luce era insufficiente)

​Ho soggiornato in questa struttura nel pieno centro storico di Firenze e l'esperienza ha superato ogni aspettativa. Se cercate un punto d'appoggio elegante, comodo e autentico per visitare la città, questo è il posto perfetto.
Situata a pochi minuti a piedi dai principali monumenti (il Duomo, Piazza della Signoria e gli Uffizi), permette di muoversi interamente a piedi senza la necessità di usare mezzi pubblici.
Il personale è stato di una gentilezza e disponibilità disarmanti, fornendoci ottimi consigli sui ristoranti tipici della zona. Le camere sono impeccabili, profumate, arredate con gusto raffinato e dotate di ogni comfort.
L'atmosfera che si respira unisce il fascino storico della tradizione fiorentina alla cura per il dettaglio contemporaneo, garantendo notti di assoluto riposo grazie all'ottimo isolamento acustico.
Rapporto qualità prezzo altissimo per essere in una zona così centrale e ambita, sottolineando l'ottima scelta della colazione con dolci e salato.

Un soggiorno indimenticabile che ha reso la nostra vacanza fiorentina ancora più speciale. Non vediamo l'ora di tornarci!

Pros:

Nada. Tuvimos que irnos a otro hotel. Quisieron hospedarnos en otro de los mismos dueños pero de sólo 2 estrellas por el mismo precio.
Al menos el empleado de recepción fue muy amable.

Cons:

Está en obras. Sin ascensor, las escaleras peligrosisimas. Booking.com debería retirarlo de su oferta hasta que esté bien.

Kiváló személyzet, kiváló szálláshely, az apró kényelmetlenségek ellenére ajánlom mindenkinek!

A reggeli fantasztikus! Közel van minden látnivalóhoz, a járművet is biztonságosan le tudtam parkolni.

A WC és a tusoló a folyosó végén volt. Éjszaka az épületből származó zajokra riadtam fel, többször is.
