Pros:

It was handy for the station and the breakfast was excellent.
They held our luggage until train time so we could visit the sights.

Cons:

Refurbishment of the entry and staircase made t seem a little untidy but it is a work in progress and did not detract from our experience.

A “character” hotel in a great location to explore Florence.
Pros:

Excellent location close to railway station and town sights. Hotel was clean with good bathroom and well equipped. The breakfast was good and all the staff were very pleasant and helpful. The dining area is nice and reception has comfortable area to sit in. Effective air conditioning.

Cons:

The entrance to the hotel is an unwelcoming doorway and passage and the Reception is on the first floor and you need to carry bags up two flights of narrow stairs. They are currently constructing a lift and that will be a big improvement. The room (no7) didn’t have any drawer space and it was not comfortable to sit in, and the wardrobe door wouldn’t stay closed. We were at the front of the hotel so it was noisy till very late so we had to keep the window closed but the aircon was good. The Wi-Fi went down after the first day and didn’t get sorted before we left.

Supi für einen kurzen Aufenthalt zum entdecken von Florenz.
Pros:

Das Hotel ist zentrumsnah in einer Straße mit vielen Restaurants und Geschäften. Alles fußläufig erreichbar.
Das Frühstück war ok, das Personal freundlich und lustig. Ein uriges Hotel, Zugang durch eine Baustelle, da gerade ein Fahrstuhl eingebaut wird.
Externes Bad zum kleinen Zimmer war in Ordnung, wir kommen noch einmal wieder.

Cons:

Die Straße war manchmal nachts etwas laut.

Nice location and staff, but showers maybe too small for a larger person
Pros:

The location is good and so is the breakfast.

Cons:

The shower is teeny tiny. It’s about 2x2 foot, so you have to turn the water off to wash your legs.

Cómodo y agradable
Pros:

Hay que resaltar la amabilidad del personal, que hace la estancia muy agradable. El hotel se encuentra bien ubicado, muy cerca de la estación central, y se puede visitar el centro andando. La habitación estaba bien, con cama cómoda y sin ruidos.

Cons:

Están instalando el ascensor, y hubo que subir andando un piso

Pros:

３泊４日の滞在。受付の人も清掃の人もみんな愛想がよく親切。1日に何度も何度もゲストの鍵を預かっては渡してを繰り返しているだろうに毎回優しい笑顔で対応してくれる。それだけで居心地がよかった。


一晩寝た２日目の朝はclean pleaseをドアノブに掛けておいた。昼頃戻ってきたら部屋がピッカピカになっていた。蛇口やシャワーのドアは新品同様に戻っていてベッドのシーツも交換されきれいになっていた。床も掃いてくれているだろうし、ゴミ箱もクリーンに。タオルも交換、ボディソープも補充されていた。

３日目の朝は交換してほしいタオルを床に置いておいただけにした。帰ってきたらタオル交換、ボディソープの補充、ゴミの回収、ベッドをピシッと直してくれていた。水回りと多分床の掃除はされていないだけで他をすべて整頓してくれていた。

朝ごはんはコルネット(プレーン、クリーム、アプリコット、ヌッテラ)、コーンフレーク、スライスパンにバターと数種類のジャムが必ず置いてあった。温かいものはスクランブルエッグ、ベーコン、ソーセージ、キノコ。冷たいものはハム、チーズ、きゅうり、トマト、ヨーグルト(プレーンとベリー)、日によって種類は違うがカットフルーツ。ジュースが２種類に牛乳、あとはコーヒーマシン、コーヒーポットに入ったアメリカーノ、お茶類があった。

私たちの部屋は、部屋の広さは十分だと思う。手荷物サイズのスーツケースで行ったが全く問題なし。大きいスーツケースを広げるスペースは1つ2つなら全く問題なし。ベッドは若干横幅が狭かったけどOK。日本製のエアコンあり。ちゃんと効く。泊まった部屋は道に面していなかったので静かだった。

アメニティは手洗い用のハンドソープ、小さいボトルに入ったボディソープ兼シャンプー、シャワーキャップ、ドライヤーのみ。ボディソープは本当に小さいので肩より髪が長い人、体が大きい人は足りないかもしれない。(ヨーロッパあるあるだけれど)置いてあるソープだけでは髪がバサバサになるのでコンディショナーやヘアグッズは持ってくることをおすすめする。(日本のように髭剃り耳かきなどを置いていないのがヨーロッパではデフォなのでお風呂周りは持参必須。)

チェックインが14時からなのに11時に到着しても嫌な顔されることなくすんなり荷物を預かってくれた。ちなみに今はエレベーターを設置する工事中でフロントに行く階段はとても狭くなっているし、自分でスーツケースを運ばなければいけない。チェックアウト後も荷物を預かってくれた。


数年前の12月に同じ通りの反対側にあるホテルに泊まった時は冬なのもあり若干淋しさを感じたが今回の滞在は5月下旬。朝から晩まで明るくホテルがあるファエンツァ通りはカフェやビストロがたくさんあるのでお昼ごろから夜遅くまで人通りも多くにぎやかで危険な匂いは皆無。駅も近い、マーケットも近い、近くのスーパー(conad)は品揃えがいいし、少し歩けばドゥオモだし立地最高。

人によって予算はまちまちだと思うが、3泊朝食付きでこの立地なら私はおすすめする。

Cons:

ちょっと気になったのはバスルーム。私たちのバスルームはドアの幅分しか幅がなかったので背が高い人や体が大きい人はトイレをするのもシャワーをするのも大変だと思う。多分横幅が80-90cmぐらいしかない。私たちはアジア人女性２人(160cm, 150cm)だからこの部屋に通されたのかもしれないけど、朝食時に見かけた大きい人たちはどんな部屋なんだろうと気になったりした。(避難経路の案内図を見たら私たちの部屋だけ(no.4)この間取りのようだった。)
