Pros:

３泊４日の滞在。受付の人も清掃の人もみんな愛想がよく親切。1日に何度も何度もゲストの鍵を預かっては渡してを繰り返しているだろうに毎回優しい笑顔で対応してくれる。それだけで居心地がよかった。


一晩寝た２日目の朝はclean pleaseをドアノブに掛けておいた。昼頃戻ってきたら部屋がピッカピカになっていた。蛇口やシャワーのドアは新品同様に戻っていてベッドのシーツも交換されきれいになっていた。床も掃いてくれているだろうし、ゴミ箱もクリーンに。タオルも交換、ボディソープも補充されていた。

３日目の朝は交換してほしいタオルを床に置いておいただけにした。帰ってきたらタオル交換、ボディソープの補充、ゴミの回収、ベッドをピシッと直してくれていた。水回りと多分床の掃除はされていないだけで他をすべて整頓してくれていた。

朝ごはんはコルネット(プレーン、クリーム、アプリコット、ヌッテラ)、コーンフレーク、スライスパンにバターと数種類のジャムが必ず置いてあった。温かいものはスクランブルエッグ、ベーコン、ソーセージ、キノコ。冷たいものはハム、チーズ、きゅうり、トマト、ヨーグルト(プレーンとベリー)、日によって種類は違うがカットフルーツ。ジュースが２種類に牛乳、あとはコーヒーマシン、コーヒーポットに入ったアメリカーノ、お茶類があった。

私たちの部屋は、部屋の広さは十分だと思う。手荷物サイズのスーツケースで行ったが全く問題なし。大きいスーツケースを広げるスペースは1つ2つなら全く問題なし。ベッドは若干横幅が狭かったけどOK。日本製のエアコンあり。ちゃんと効く。泊まった部屋は道に面していなかったので静かだった。

アメニティは手洗い用のハンドソープ、小さいボトルに入ったボディソープ兼シャンプー、シャワーキャップ、ドライヤーのみ。ボディソープは本当に小さいので肩より髪が長い人、体が大きい人は足りないかもしれない。(ヨーロッパあるあるだけれど)置いてあるソープだけでは髪がバサバサになるのでコンディショナーやヘアグッズは持ってくることをおすすめする。(日本のように髭剃り耳かきなどを置いていないのがヨーロッパではデフォなのでお風呂周りは持参必須。)

チェックインが14時からなのに11時に到着しても嫌な顔されることなくすんなり荷物を預かってくれた。ちなみに今はエレベーターを設置する工事中でフロントに行く階段はとても狭くなっているし、自分でスーツケースを運ばなければいけない。チェックアウト後も荷物を預かってくれた。


数年前の12月に同じ通りの反対側にあるホテルに泊まった時は冬なのもあり若干淋しさを感じたが今回の滞在は5月下旬。朝から晩まで明るくホテルがあるファエンツァ通りはカフェやビストロがたくさんあるのでお昼ごろから夜遅くまで人通りも多くにぎやかで危険な匂いは皆無。駅も近い、マーケットも近い、近くのスーパー(conad)は品揃えがいいし、少し歩けばドゥオモだし立地最高。

人によって予算はまちまちだと思うが、3泊朝食付きでこの立地なら私はおすすめする。

Cons:

ちょっと気になったのはバスルーム。私たちのバスルームはドアの幅分しか幅がなかったので背が高い人や体が大きい人はトイレをするのもシャワーをするのも大変だと思う。多分横幅が80-90cmぐらいしかない。私たちはアジア人女性２人(160cm, 150cm)だからこの部屋に通されたのかもしれないけど、朝食時に見かけた大きい人たちはどんな部屋なんだろうと気になったりした。(避難経路の案内図を見たら私たちの部屋だけ(no.4)この間取りのようだった。)

Localização boa, bem perto da estação de trem central, equipe muito gentil e bom café da manhã.

Cons:

O meu quarto, que era de frente para rua, não tinha um bom isolamento acústico, acabava sendo muito barulhento à noite devido ao movimento na rua. A cama também deixou a desejar, antiga e com armações de ferro no final dela, oq me atrapalhava por ser grande.

Pros:

Quarto grande e confortável. Café da manhã muito bom. Chuveiro bom. Localização boa, especialmente para quem quer fazer bate-volta pela Toscana tendo como base Florença. É muito perto da saída dos ônibus de turismo e da estação ferroviária.
A rua tbm dá acesso rápido ao centro histórico e tem muitas opções de restaurantes

Travesseiros um pouco duros e a escada para acessar a recepção é puxada para subir com as malas. Porém, estão em obras para a colocação de um elevador
