Sehr freundlicher Empfang, sehr ruhige Lage

The reception is super nice and caring, they give you all the information and recommendations at the entrance. Room is very clean and in a nice style, maintaining the historical character of the building. It is close to the center but not in the very crowded area. I recommend!

Hôtel bien placé pour visiter la ville, se trouve dans un quartier calme, à 20 à 25 minutes de la gare SMN, facile de s'y rendre à pied. La guesthouse occupe tout un étage, accessible par ascenseur. Le bâtiment est d'époque et rénové avec gout. Ma chambre était petite mais fonctionnelle avec TV, frigo et 3 bouteilles d'eau bien appréciées avec la chaleur. Bouilloire dans la chambre. Machine à café disponible en journée. Petit balcon (chambre 11). Literie très confortable. Personnel sympathique. Le patron donne beaucoup d'explications et parle français. pas de petit-déjeuner sur place mais beaucoup de points restauration dans les environs

Excellent location and decor. The room is comfortable, spacious and cozy. Additionally, the staff is friendly. The sound insulation is very good. I was surprised when I woke up in the morning and opened the window - I had not noticed the noise outside.

Lo staff, Dario e Fortunato, sono disponibili e gentili. Albergo ben arredato e pulito anche la mia camera, n 11. Zona tranquilla. Consigliato!

The highlight of my stay was the amazing service I received from Dario who helped with my check-in and took time to share on a map all the things to see and do in Florence, where to eat & drink and also areas of danger to avoid which I strongly appreciated as a solo traveller. His effort is strongly appreciated, I hope this gets recognised by management and I wish him all the very best in his future.

From the moment we arrived Dario was incredibly helpful and kind. He gave us several recommendations and was ready to help with anything we needed. We even got a room upgrade for our honeymoon! Beautiful historical feel and in a perfect location for all downtown activities & historical sights.

Dario is a difference maker! From the moment I arrived, he made me feel very welcome. He took time after check in to write many of his personal recommendations on a map. That type of personalized service is very rare. I'm the type that doesn't spend a lot of time in my room and this space was perfectly fine for my needs. I liked all the wood accents and cabinetry, which made it feel very old world. The keypad/code system made entry into the building, guest house, and my room very easy. It's conveniently located on a quiet side street but close to many important sites. The water cooler in the lobby came in handy to fill my bottle. Dario's counterpart, Fortunato, was also very nice and kept an eye on my bag for me in the lobby on my departure day.
