Rigtig godt
Pros:

Rigtig god beliggenhed med kun 10 min gang til midtbyen. Haven og poolen var helt perfekt. Personalet var rigtig søde og hjælpsomme. Vi boede i annekset, som var lidt småt og slidt. Der var ikke rigtig varmt vand til at bade i. Annekset ligger dog rigtig godt ift. poolen og haven, og placeringen gjorde at der var stille og privat.

Lage ist hervorragend. Parkplatz mit Reservierung im Hof möglich. Schönes, gediegenes Hotel. Gutes Frühstück, schöne Anlage. Sehr freundliches Service beim Frühstück. Bequeme Betten. Sauber und ruhig.

excellent stay close to the city and we would definitely stay again.
Pros:

The pool facilities were excellent.
Availability of staff for refreshments was great.. and everyone was very helpful with suggestions for restaurants etc. And how brilliant to be able to park so close to the city.

Cons:

Room was a little small and bathroom size was also challenging.

Tiene más potencial del que se ofrece si cuidamos los exteriores como jardín y piscina.

La finca o Palacio es excepcional

Cons:

Sólo cuidar mejor los exteriores del jardín y los accesos al edificio anexo. Tiene mucho potencial, sólo cabe prestar iniciativa para hacer del lugar una finca excelente rodeada de verde

A lovely quiet hotel
Pros:

Just a beautiful place in a quiet part of town. Very relaxing atmosphere. The breakfast was excellent.

Cons:

All good. I was expecting the room to be a bit bigger for the cost but the rest of the hotel made up for it.

Séjour de rêve à Florence
Pros:

Bâtiment ancien plein de charme. Le jardin est un vrai havre de paix après l'enfer du sur tourisme dans les rues de Florence. La piscine quoi qu’un peu trop chaude est tres agréable. Prêt de serviettes gratuit. Chambre tres spacieuse donnant sur le jardin, très bien climatisée (il faisait 39°), très propre malgré une sdb vieillotte à rénover. Grand frigo et plateau de courtoisie. Calme absolu. Personnel disponible et efficace. Parking tres pratique devant l'hôtel, 30 euros par jour mais possibilité de laisser la voiture quelques heures le jour du départ. C’est sûr : si je reviens à Florence, c’est ici que je réserverai à nouveau.

Cons:

Un détail : faible qualité des serviettes de toilette.

Ottimo posizione , ottima collazione, ottimo staff che serve la collazione e vi accompagna nelle camere.
Al banco di ricevimento - meglio di non commentare ...

Cons:

Le foto sul sito della struttura e sul sito di Booking non si avvicinano neanche a quello che trovate.
Al momento del check inn ci hanno provato cambiare la ns.camera con il visto giardino per una camera per i disabili senza nessun vista.
Il costo di parcheggio... Posso capire il costo 30€ per un garage , ma non per un posto in cortile...
La piscina di qualità scarsa anche come il servizio attorno piscina.
