Pros:

Location of the hotel and parking availability are absolute advantages. Breakfasts were good as well

Cons:

Our junior suite was located on the ground floor between reception, 2 public WCs and a restaurant from the outside. It was noisy around starting from 6 am, we couldn’t sleep on our weekend, as we were hearing everything all the time, starting from coughing in the hall, and clattering of plates from the outside. The very old entrance door was constantly rattling because of the draught coming from the entrance. The bathroom door wouldn’t even lock. I may understand they might be 200 years old, but they need to be restored. Absolutely outdated everything. Even all towels had a grey colour already instead of white. The bathroom didn’t see renovation for decades as well and had a very small size

Pros:

Das Hotel war sehr schön, das Personal höchst aufmerksam und freundlich und Lage war super!
Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß gut zu erreichen! Zudem gibt es einen Parkplatz!!

La camera a piano terra con la finestra che si affaccia su una parte di cortile utilizzato come deposito della biancheria e che quindi ho dovuto tenere sempre chiusa

Pros:

We had a lovely terrace just outside of our room door. The location was good (about 15 minutes walk away from the duomo) and felt very safe walking back at night. There was a pool however we hadn’t been told that it had opened earlier than expected so we had not packed our swimmers unfortunately. There were some lovely staff members who helped served coffee at breakfast.

Cons:

Unfortunately the shower in our room was not great. The shower head holder was broken and did not hold it still which meant having to have hand held showers. For the price of the room that we paid, it would have been expected that things like ensuring the shower is working effectively would be expected. Additionally, the water in the mini bar was not included for the price (again for the price we paid, we would have thought that water would be complimentary).

A good stay but noisy!
Pros:

We liked the location away from the main centre but still only a 15 minute walk to the main attractions and station. The outdoor area and pool was lovely although at the time of our visit (early May) wasn’t a facility we were able to use due to weather.

Cons:

The way the rooms were set up meant we had next door room’s bathroom jutting into our room from which we could hear the shower, toilet, voices etc. the neighbouring road was also quite noisy with mopeds and other traffic.
