Un hôtel avec un bon emplacement et toutes les commodités
Pros:

L'hôtel est très bien situé au bord de la Vielle-ville de Florence, juste en dehors des Zones de Trafic Limité (ZTL). Il a un parking (payant) dans sa cour d'entrée et une piscine (payant).
Les collaborateurs sont professionnels et gentils.
Les chambres sont bien équipées.

Cons:

La chambre que nous avons occupée pourrait être raffraichie.

bon Hôtel dans l'ensemble
Pros:

Petit déjeuné copieux, les enfants étaient content avec tous les donuts de couleurs, et la gentillesse du personnel assez exceptionnel, le personnel nous réservait même notre table le matin en extérieur sur la fin de notre séjour voyant nos petites habitudes. La piscine très sympa et propre. Le salon sublime très Florence, la chambre spectaculaire avec son très haut plafond. On a parcouru Florence à pied au départ de l'hôtel, il faut marcher un peu mais on a pas eu besoin de bus.

Cons:

Le personnel à l'accueil n'est pas très souriant et accueillant ce qui est assez étonnant pour ce travail. La suite au rez de chaussé est très bruyante on entend les gens arriver et parler fort à l'accueil c'est assez embêtant quand on veut dormir. Ajouté à cela on a eu une alarme incendie à 3H du matin , on a pas dormi de la nuit... Hôtel un peu cher pour tous ces inconvénients…

Great location - near enough to walk into the centre but far enough away to provide some tranquil respite from the busy centre

Nothing really. A couple of things didn’t work like hair dryer & extractor fan in bathroom

Très bon rapport qualité prix (pour une chambre double supérieure)
Pros:

Au calme, très accessible depuis l’aéroport (30’ en tram, direct) et à pied pour le centre ville
Espaces extérieurs très agréables, literie confortable et centre ville à 10’ à pied (5’ de San Marco)

Cons:

La piscine n’ouvre qu’à 11.00 le matin.

Perfect vacation
Pros:

Kind and wonderful staff, rich and delicious breakfast, the hotel is of a very high standard. Very quiet and pleasant, there is an excellent pool

Cons:

There is a walk to the center about 15 minutes but it really is not terrible

Pros:

Schönes altes Gebäude mit viel Stil, gut gepflegter und gut nutzbarer Pool, gutes Frühstück, auch mit frischem dunklem Brot was in Italien nicht selbstverständlich ist. 2 Minuten zur Straßenbahn die eine direkte Anbindung in 15 Min zum Flughafen bietet. Altstadt mit Sehenswürdigkeiten 10-15 min zu Fuß. Man ist bereits ausserhalb der "Touri-Nepp-Zone" und findet in der Nachbarschaft gute Restaurants mit fairen Preisen.

Cons:

Die Bedienung der Klimaanlage war etwas schwierig, aber das ist Jammern auf hohem Niveau. Sonst fällt mir nix zu meckern ein
