Grüne Oase
Pros:

Grüne Oase inmitten der Stadt! Super mit dem Auto zu erreichen, großer Hof mit genügend Parkplätzen. Riesiger grüner Innenhof mit vielen Pflanzen und Pool-Area. Mein Zimmer war nicht im Haupthaus, sondern im Garten in einer Art Gartenpavillon. Super ruhig und entspannt. Erstaunlich ruhig, man bekommt von der Hektik der Stadt nichts mit. Gute Restaurants und Supermärkte direkt in der Nähe. Ich war in 15 Minuten zu Fuß an den wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten. Schade war lediglich, dass die Leute an der Rezeption irgendwie durchweg schlechte Laune hatten.

Grüne Oase, ruhig und doch nahe des Zentrums. In 7 minuten im Stadtteil San Lorenzo

Die zentrumnahe Lage. Die wunderschöne Umgebung der Villa. Sie liegt eingebettet von Bäumen und Sträuchern . Das Wasser des Pools genial. Zum Ankommen, Abschalten und Auftanken ideal.

Cons:

Das Bett im Einzelzimmer ist schmal und direkt an der Wand. Es gibt zwar 2 Kopfkissen, doch sind beide gleich groß und fest. ( hatte mein eigenes Kissen dabei, da HWS Problematik)

Beautiful hotel in a quiet, peaceful location.
Pros:

This is a beautiful hotel with lots of quiet space to sit and relax. The pool was excellent and a great place to finish off a long hot day sight-seeing in Florence.

Our room was a little small.

Very basic hotel lacking customer care

Cons:

Reception staff were not warm and welcoming. The hotel had 3 prolonged power outages during our stay with no running water during the time and in 36 degree heat no aircon. There were no updates or communication or complimentary offers of a drink etc. the maid service was poor and dirty sheets not changed.

Great place would love to stay again
Pros:

The staff was welcoming and supportive, the rooms were beautiful, The bad were comfortable, the breakfast was good with many choices. The swimming pool was great. The garden is beautiful.
